Went at lunch to get a pedicure. I was never asked what kind. They added soap to the spas bath that I hope was clean . It didn’t have a liner . The place looked rundown and a bit dated . The atmosphere was happy and everyone was kind and friendly. I wanted a basic French pedicure with gel . The cost was $70. And it did not come with a massage , she applied lotion on my feet . I was disappointed for the price. I will not return nor do I recommend. I really had high hopes to find a nail place to get my regular mani pedis on lunch . This is not it.

Y'all! This place is WAY overpriced!! It's my fault because I was in a rush. I stopped in to get a gel pedicure and acrylic american nails. Pedi was $65 and nails were $75! Outrageous! I will not be back. I'm leaving 2 stars because my nails do look good, but not $140 good!!

I went here two week ago and got gel by the lady owner for first time in 8 months bc I was letting my nails rest .I did not like she drilled my nails immediately after I just worked so hard to strengthen them. I said I don’t want she said she had to it won’t hurt my nails.Though My gel nails looked good that time when I left they chipped away the first 8days. So I came back today the 2 week markAnd the man just went to drilling my gel without soaking and I asked him to not use drill because my nails are thin. Bc she drilled them last time. The owner said you need to rest you nail sometime between gel. I should’ve left then.so he buffed off my gel after soaking them in some harsh smelling acetone maybe for 25 mins. He scraped off and buff off my gel . I pulled away several times because he was burning me getting more finger than nail.When he filed he changed the shape to some uneven shape looks bad on one hand and left the other hand .When he painted he missed sides of nail got paint on my skin and cuticle and at the same time looks like I need fill in from where he didn’t start at bottom of my nail painting to the top.Sloppy terrible service.made a huge mess on my cuticles and skin looks like I did this myself.I will post some pics though can’t get good lighting but I’m sure you can see.It looks awful from the way he filed them to the paint on skin and cuticles.Their excuse was you didn’t let us drill your cuticle.have not had gel on my nails in over 8 months or any chemical letting my nails rest. Now I’m stuck with short stubby misshaped nails and red stains on my cuticles and as well as sensitive cuticle never going back again.Also I did tip they said they would fix but no thanks. I know fixing would involve a drill after being scrubbed rawAlso these photos are toda the day I got this done not grown out even though they look grown out it’s not he didn’t paint well at all

Best nail experience I’ve had in all my years in Chattanooga and it’s all because of Phi. He was so meticulous - didn’t rush and really paid attention to detail. He was so kind and easy to talk to. Definitely my go-to from now on!!!

Mani gel and regular pedicure $100 & my gel started chipping within 3 days!! (My tech was named Hannah..)Plz people go to a more updated salon! (Also behind the pedicure chairs it’s unfinished and the crown molding has missing pieces along the top)And to make it even classier/more relaxing it was raining and the ceiling was dripping on my shoulder and purse!The owner was notified and denied it was happening although u can see old water spots all in the ceiling!The polishes look old and obviously are since they didn’t adhere to my nails for the desired/guaranteed two weeks!! That’s the only $100 I’ll EVER donate to their scam of a salon again!Services: Pedicure

DO NOT GO HERE!!!Please!! I’m a truck driver and often stop at random salons when I do my WalMart load drop off. Decided to give this salon a try as it’s wright next to Walmart &I saw a lady ( the owner is who my tech identified her as) grabbing unsanitized tools out of a bucket behind her desk and putting them in a grey basket n took to the next client and used freely on them! Aren’t they supposed to come out of a blue light machine? Your health is more important than an overpriced pedicure!Save your money and urself!Service: Pedicure

I should have paid attention to the reviews and not gone here... My pedicure looks meh. I can live with it, but I also could have done it to this level at home. My biggest concern, though, is that they obviously don't clean their tools! I feel like I'm just waiting for an inevitable infection to set in. I'm accustomed to seeing tools sitting in containers of Barbicide at my usual nail salon, but I moved this year and needed to find something close to home, if possible. This ain't it.

I came here today and legit a 12 year old did my pedicure and gel polish!! I know for a fact he couldn’t be old enough for a license !! And randomly he would speak in his language and a lady( I’m assuming was his Mother ) would come over his shoulder and tell him how to do my services!! I paid $90 for a “practice mani pedi” Save your money people and don’t go here!
