Best dog place ever!

Visited Oct 7th from out of town. I did my research ahead of time and completed the online process. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a polite young man. This was the 4th dog park visited over the past week of traveling in TN and GA. It was nice to see plenty of people and dogs along with staff and dog parents cleaning messes. Also, first place that the dog parents actually visited with me and was friendly. My dogs enjoyed. Bathrooms were clean. I splurged and had a couple beers while I played with my dogs. My dogs aren’t social butterflies playing with other dogs. They keep a big eye on me and want my attention.
Toilets: Clean and can bring your dogs in with you

Very disappointing when you carry your dog to this place and find it’s not opened as scheduled. Last three times I visited during business hours it was closed due to various reasons. Drive from Soddy Daisy made it worse.

Our favorite dog park in the south! Right in the heart of downtown Chattanooga this dog park incredibly well located, well staffed, has a really good thorough check-in process, every dog is safe and seen and registered and vaccinated and they have a zero aggression tolerance, which I also love. They mitigate any conflict before anything happens. They have a super fun playground for dogs, running space for ball throwing. on hot day they have misters that come on hot days and lots of fun fountains and pools for them to get into. You can always find a dog here and some cool people to connect with. it’s our favorite place to socialize, both me and my dog. Lol. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I would highly trust any of them with my dog, which is saying a lot!

If I could give this place one million stars I would. We were visiting Chattanooga this weekend, and our pup Dolly got scared by something walking into our hotel, panicked, Houdini’d out of her harness and took off through downtown Chattanooga. My husband had been chasing her for several blocks when she ran by this place. Two employees hopped the fence, took off running with my husband and helped catch our very panicked gal. Her paws were shredded, she was bleeding pretty badly, she had an accident and was a mess in my husband’s arms once they caught her. The one employee literally gave the shirt off her back to us so we could try to apply some pressure / clean up a little. They offered to meet us back Play Wash Pint, and told us they happened to know a vet was there that could look at Dolly. We went back, they introduced to the vet who kindly checked her out and gave us the info for an emergency clinic to go to. They let us rinse her in the tub to clean her up and cool her down. They gave us towels to take with us on the way to the clinic. Long review longer, Dolly is okay thanks to the kindness of the dog loving employees at this spot. I don’t know if we would have caught her without them. Truly incredible humans.

Pint Play Wash in Chattanooga is an amazing spot for both you and your furry friend. The concept of combining a dog park, bar and self service dog-wash is genius. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The drink selection is excellent, with a variety of craft beers and cocktails. Your dog will love the spacious play area, and the self-service wash stations are convenient and easy to use. Overall, Pint Play Wash is a fantastic place to enjoy some quality time with your dog while sipping on a great drink.

We just started going here and after our second visit we purchased the quarterly membership because we knew we would definitely be back plenty! Our pup LOVES being able to run freely and socialize and take a dip in the water when she starts getting too hot! One thing I did appreciate was the staff offering to give our pup the bordatella vaccine right then and there as long as we purchased it from the tractor supply down the road ($15) as our pup didn’t have that vaccine on her record. This really made us respect the place more because they could have easily just sent us away for not having the vaccine. All the staff is amazing and stay very alert when dogs start getting a bit rough with each other. We are definitely excited to spend more time here!

Hannah and her crew are the best! We’ve been coming here for 5 years and love it! We know that our pup is loved and safe when he’s here. Definitely part of our weekend - and usually mid week - plans too!
Playground: The playground is clean and safe. The rangers always make sure that all the pups are on their best puppy behavior!!
Toilets: Bathrooms are always clean!
Dog-friendliness: We love the fact that all dogs are required to have current vaccinations at all times.
Picnic area: Cold beer on tap and dogs… what a great way to spend the day!

My dog and I love coming to PWP! The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The hours and pricing are great. My little Zoey is very small and I have always felt comfortable in her safety at the park!

Quite honestly shocked by the behavior of Hannah, the manager of Play Wash Pint, who denied entry for playing with the dogs outside of the fence on our way in. Accused us of “antagonizing” the dogs and questioned my ability to be a dog owner despite having a dog.
We were participating in the Chattanooga Tacos + Tequila Bar Crawl which this establishment was participating in. Hannah told us we were not welcome and that we would not be missed. Would happily return once management is reevaluated. I do appreciate and give credit to the bartenders who understood our point of view and expressed how they didn’t understand why it escalated the way it did.

Feel let down by management today.
Walked into Play wash pint as a customer today as a part of the taco and tequila bar crawl which they were a participating establishment. When we walked in we were met by the associate who explained that management were not going to allow entry for “antagonising the dogs” - this was a rather overreaction to playing with the dogs through the outside fence before entry.
Hannah met us with immediate confrontation and insult when she mentioned that we clearly didn’t understand dog behaviour and didn’t own dogs. As a dog owner for the past 18 years this was highly offensive. She also mentioned that we “wouldn't be missed” at the establishment.
I returned to the play wash pint to kindly discuss this situation with the associates at the bar who were completely unaware that they were listed as a part of the bar crawl program which shows a lot of the management of the place.
Judging by the way this was handled, I would not return but was also told I “would not be missed” - terrible customer service with people who clearly do not understand how to run a place

I would definitely go back! My dog had a great time and I felt that the employees were good at their jobs, which you can't take for granted nowadays lol.
