This was our first time at this location and after some research and reviews I have to say I am beyond grateful we gave it a try. I booked with Brittney for both of my boys. My youngest is still not comfortable with getting his hair cut especially in a setting that can be overwhelming. We were fortunate enough to have the whole place to ourselves for this experience and it was wonderful. Brittney was so patient and kind! You can really tell when someone has a heart of gold because she made my son feel at ease. We are so happy to have found Brittney and at a location that isn’t too far from home. We will back again for there next haircuts. Also, the salon was very clean and organized. Lots of goodies for the kids to play with and stay entertained.

We had stopped coming for a while due to some less than satisfactory cuts, but let me tell you how much Ms.Della won us over and back!
She took so much time and care with my little guy, showed him designs and colors we didn't know were even options! She really made sure that my son left feeling special and making sure he had a wonderful experience. His hair grows slow, but we'll be making all of our future appointments with her ♥️

Was really unhappy with my daughter’s haircut. Talked to someone after and they were super rude about the whole situation and ended the conversation with “well you have 7 days to come get her hair fixed” which the problem with my daughters hair was being cut too short and lop-sided so that couldn’t be fixed. Extremely rude about everything, will NEVER return here

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our stylist talked us thru every moment of our baby's 1st haircut, predicting and explaining the fears and sensations our baby experienced. The shop is adorable and was an overall magical experience.

They are incredibly patient with kids of all ages. We are glad that we found Pigtails & Crewcuts.
Stylist: Beth was patient and let us go at my 2 year old son's pace. She made sure he felt comfortable the whole time.

I forgot the womans name but she was older with short blonde hair, she did a fantastic job cutting my sons hair. He is on the spectrum so getting his haircut is difficult especially around his ears but she adapted to his needs very quickly and was able to get the cut done in a quick but precise manner! I love how it turned out and will definitely be bringing him for all his haircuts here from now on

Every visit has been awesome. My boy always comes out looking amazing and enjoys getting his hair cut. Professional and helpful stylists, especially miss brittany, her patience is unmatched!

I took my son here today and had SUCH a wonderful experience!! Brittany is absolutely amazing and did so good with my son who is terrified of haircuts. She is phenomenal at not only cutting hair, but also making the child comfortable and happy. Her ability to both cut and distract is great. His haircut looks perfect and exactly how I told her I wanted it. I will definitely be going back!
