Only reason it's getting 1 star is because of the nurse up front helped me get a physical copy of my ID card. The other red haired lady with glasses acted like she couldn't do anything but run around. I sat here for over an hour even though my insurance card was on file and just was seen less than 6 months prior!!!! My insurance card replacement is in the mail mind you. I was refused service by her for not having a physical card?? No telling how many LAWS she breaks everyday with patients ? UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY NOT COURTEOUS OR KIND ON HER PART! Even after giving this info she allowed 3 people to go in front of me like are you serious?!!! I'll definitely be giving a health grade and BBB REVIEW!

From front desk to the NP who saw my daughter, each staff member was caring, friendly, and wonderful. We had a rough night before coming in, and left PC feeling emotionally better. Thank you all!

It was the easiest clinic visit that I've had in a long time. I was in and out in about an hour. The staff was very friendly and compassionate. My doctor went through a lot of effort to find the root of the problem to give me the right treatment. I would definitely really this office.

When I went here it was a short wait, simple instructions of paper work (I had to do a work physical), and SUCH a fun and nice staff. Would recommend over any other urgent care in Chattanooga!

Super fast, professional and kind! Thank you to the team for helping me with my kidney infection!! I’ll be back, hopefully not for a while though! And after reading others reviews I feel compelled to say that every office gets busy at times, waiting in not a huge issue for me. And if a bill from seven years ago needs to be paid, I’d want my money too, not to mention the ladies trying to help probably didn’t even work for them seven years ago so that would certainly not be their fault. As a MEDICAL WORKER MYSELF, I would go back time and time again, great care and staff!!

Everybody was wonderful,attentive, and welcoming. The ease of online booking an appointment was a huge plus. Service was fast and efficient. They will definitely be my go to for medical care services that may not be available thru my pcp in a timely manner.

My husband was feeling sick during our trip. We stopped by 30min prior to closing and got lucky! The staff were all welcoming and easy going. We were in and out within 30minutes. Thank you Physician's Care!!! Another plus Walgreens is 24hr pharmacy down the street for medication pick up!

The front desk in this office is kind and inviting. Dr. Sharp had incredible bed side manner. She was knowledgeable, listened, provided some education on what I was experiencing, and had blood work done During my appointment. Ive been on heart medication for many years and requested their office pick up prescribing it to me. I really appreciated that she wanted to do her due diligence with blood work to make sure the dosage & longevity wasn’t affecting me negatively in any way. My prescriptions were ready quickly at my pharmacy and now the next day, I am starting to feel better. I appreciate that this awesome care is so accessible with a simple walk-in visit. As a new patient, Physicians Care exceeded my expectations.

We were in and out in a reasonable timeframe. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was superb! I wish I could make this my children's primary medical provider! Excellent service across the board!

The staff is always very friendly and the doctor's/nurses are good. The problem is the billing. They over bill your insurance to the point where it is better and cheaper to just pay cash. That is a HORRIBLE practice to be a part of. The least you could do is give the option of your customers paying out of pocket up front to avoid being ripped off.
