I've had mostly good experiences with dog grooming at this location. However, at our last appointment, I scheduled an appointment with a groomer that I knew had done a good job in the past but when I came in, they gave me a different groomer. I mentioned that I'd booked with a specific groomer. The employee checking me in said that if they don't have enough appointments to go around for everybody, they divvy up the appointments without regard for who you scheduled with. I didn't get the groomer I booked with and my dog came home with just as much fur as before her appointment.

Good place to get any pet supplies If they don't have it there they can order it sometimes it's a little pricey.

Very happy with this experience. The store was clean and well stocked and a lot of the prices were cheaper than some of the competitors!

If i could give this a negative star, i would! i went in before 5 to get my dogs nails trimmed. i told the man that my dog did not like men and proceed to still drag my dog into the trimming area. she reluctantly goes and as he is clipping her nails, she sits down. he tries to lift her up by going underneath and in between her legs and grabs her near the crotch to lift her up! she of course snaps back at him! disgusting behavior and will never go back! my poor dog doesn't need to be groped while getting her nails clipped!

My husband and I were planning to adopt an adorable cat by the name of "Jenny" from Lesa McCracken's cat adoption agency. However, the volunteer that we worked with (Tori, who also works at PetSmart-Gunbarrel) accidently sent her disgusting and insulting message about my husband and I to my phone. Her message stated, "Yeah, they were in here and wanted to know if somebody would put Jenny in the room with them and I told them that nobody was available (I didn't feel like dealing with them again wasting my time). But glad they paid a hold fee and are serious about wanting her." This message was sent after I messaged her about us sending over the hold fee for Jenny, wanting to ensure that we would be able to come back and get her when someone was available to complete the adoption. She clearly intended this message to go to someone else, and was "embarrassed" upon finding out that she actually sent the message to us. This associate and "volunteer" completely shattered our excitement about taking this adorable cat home with us. Her actions horribly represented PetSmart and the work they do to help find homes for the animals at their store.

I really try to enjoy this store as much as possible due to it being 1 out of 2 stores that have any reptile products. If they'd add a better selection to the reptiles I'd be in every paycheck. the evening employees don't seem to care how they act while speaking to a customer about their products and concerns for what's best for their pets. But other then the last part of you have a dog or a cat you should be all good to go ????

Grooming salon showed poor skills when handling my dog my dog is a very large breed but non-aggressive it’s all on camera in store of dog licking and playing with customers etc but I had a nail trim appointment so I go in salon give them the vaccination records they wanted well the lady who has never seen my dog played with her or nun tried to instantly go for her neck with a leash after I had just said don’t do that so by dog nature she got scared and semi snapped at the groomer and backed up to me this is my ESA the groomer instantly said no she aggressive I’m refusing service when all she had to do was warm up to the dog you are a stranger how would you feel I came up to you and went straight for your neck I wasted my time and didn’t get my service all due to no animal skills because while this was going on another customers dog was on the table getting nails trimmed in 2 restraints so that it couldn’t turn and bite but u can clearly see what would happen if the dog wasn’t restrained no longer will any my service go here

Store does not have good inventory and it's hard to find employees. Curbside pick up used to be a perk, but this store manager makes their own rules and does not honor the PetSmart 2 hours or less policy. I had to call corporate to receive my order the same day and the manager lied to the CR rep and said I spoke to someone else. I arrived to pick up my order and they couldn't bother to put it in bags. Is it just me, or is this how retail works in Chattanooga? You are better off shopping online. The big pet retailer had better inventory, superior customer service, and you receive your orders on time.
