Hiring Kaitlin was by far the best decision I made for my wedding. I hired her for her design coordination services and as my florist and she was absolutely worth every penny! through the planning process, she was with me every step of the way! making phone calls to clear up things with the venue and rentals without stressing me out about it, coming up with multiple venue layout plans, helping me pick every rental piece with so much thought and consideration to the overall look of the wedding, bringing up small details I would have never thought to consider, always just a call or text away, and honestly just gave me a piece of mind because I knew I could trust her with everything! Not only that, but she was absolutely a lifesaver on the wedding weekend. We had to change venues the day before the wedding and she didn't skip a beat. she was immediately at the new venue, figuring out where we can make use of the florals, coming up with a new design plan, and even staying up until 2 am redoing my whole seating chart for the new venue! And she did this all without being asked or really even having to ask any questions. I could fully relax on my wedding weekend because I knew she knew what she was doing and always had my best interest at heart. Not only was she a brilliant design coordinator, but I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY at the florals when I walked into my reception space. I could not believe how she fully transformed the space in just a few hours. It was the wildflower garden party wedding of my dreams all thanks to Kaitlin at Petaline!

Hiring Kaitlin/Petaline was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding day. The table arrangements, the wall display, and the bouquets/ boutonnières she created for us were all something you would want off of Pinterest! I was truly blown away by how perfect every floral display was. I asked Kaitlin to take of complete creative freedom with our wedding, and I do not regret this decision AT ALL- she is a master at her craft and created displays more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I felt her prices were completely fair for the total amount of floral arrangements we received in addition to how much time I know was spent planning and executing our wedding day decor! I I wish We could get married again so I had an excuse to hire Petaline all over again !

What can I even say about Kaitlin that hasn’t already been said! You have to hire her. She stuck with us through many, many cancellations through covid and never once complained. On top of that, her work is without a doubt the most stunning work that I’ve ever seen. She has been such an amazing vendor to work with and our wedding just honestly would not be the same without her. She has impeccable taste, the greatest sense of professionalism and is kind! It is hard to find vendors who are understand AND at the absolute top of their game. Hire her, you won’t regret it.

In addition to being a creative master, Kaitlin is the queen of details and bringing a grand vision together. My flowers were my favorite part of my wedding. I didn't have decoration otherwise, and she basically took my colors with little direction and ran with them to create something I couldn't even have dreamed up. In addition to flowering, she designed and decorated basically the entire reception area. She arranged & implemented the table layout, helped me choose and rent linens, and offered her expert advice when I had trouble deciphering the details. She is the one vendor I don't think my wedding could've functioned without. On all levels, she's simply the best.

Kaitlin was so wonderful to work with! I was able to trust her to work her magic and bring my wedding day vision to life with her unique perspective. She was responsive and organized, and so creative and thoughtful. I so appreciated that she was willing to work with my small floral budget, and though it wasn't a whole lot to work with, she made everything as beautiful as if I had spent five times that much. My bouquet was stunning, and I am so glad I chose to work with her! Thank you so much, Kaitlin, for being a sweet part of our wedding day and the planning leading up to it!

I can’t give Petaline enough praise for making our wedding day especially beautiful!Kaitlin provides a great starting point with a phone consultation where she helped me focus on what floral piece were most important for our day and set-up, and how to best direct our budget to accomplish those goals. She encouraged me to put together style ideas that I was drawn to, and we were also able to meet at the venue with my coordinator to walk through everything. She created my bridal bouquet, bouts and bouquets for the bridal party, petite bouquets for family, centerpieces for our sweetheart and reception tables, and the absolute showstopper, the floral arch for our ceremony! The arch left me speechless, and it will always be one of my most cherished memories to stand under it as we got married! She is so artistic and used the flowers and colors to beautifully to create special pieces that were a perfect fit for our wedding. Our guests were enthralled by her work, and the flowers received endless compliments! I loved her kind, helpful approach which included a lot of good advice, her artistic style and talent, and of course how everything turned out! She is the best, and we will recommend her to everyone!
