Calvin was awesome with getting my 9 year-old daughter and I set up to ride the tandem bike around town. I highly recommend renting from Pedego, as the tandem bike had an electric option to make going up the steep inclines much easier! We had so much fun exploring and riding around town and the river front. They even provided a helmet for my daughter.

Great experience from initial inquiry to end of ride. Contacted Adam to see if he could put together a private ebike tour for my husband and I. We are fast paced, active adults so wanted to keep things moving at our pace and with our interests in mind. We emailed him all the things we wanted to see and do and he was very enthusiastic about putting something together for us - especially since his website offered self-guided GPS tours and not private tours at the time. We were able to cover everything we wanted and more and the private tour ended up being the highlight of our stay. Adam is super responsive, personable, fair priced for a private tour and you will feel like you are exploring all the area has to offer with a friend. Definitely worth the money to request a private tour so you can have it your way!

Not sure why my wifes name came up but this review is from Frank Kopf. I have purchased two Pedego bikes from Adam and could not be happier. I have a city mid commuter and an Element. We customized the Element to be more off road friendly for some of the trails around here and it has been a blast. I even purchased my bike rack from him, which has a ramp, and it has made the loading and unloading a breeze. definitely fun to ride

If I could give this place and experience 10 stars, I would! Adam was so super helpful in getting us bikes that fit our group. He took time to explain how to use the bikes and set us up with all the gear needed. We ended up riding the entire riverwalk! It was amazing! Got to see so much of the city in the most fun way. Will definitely be back!

Great selection of rental bikes and friendly service. We didn't want to transport our ebikes with us while vacationing here - we rented a Boomerang and Cruiser and had a blast. The bike path alone the river is tranquil and not crowded. This pedego store is super convenient and is right next to the long wooden pedestrian bridge that leads to the river bike trail. The bikes were in excellent shape with about 500 miles and the larger more powerful batteries - you can ride for miles without putting a dent in the battery. Highly recommend the friendly and professional service.

Great experience renting electric bikes with Pedego! Rented for two hours and biked a good portion of the Riverwalk. The manager was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The customer service is fantastic! Adam is great to deal with; he also has Pedego rentals and his shop is perfectly placed allowing a sightseer to easily ride anywhere in the Metro area or the entire Riverwalk.On a personal note, I am having so much fun with this bicycle; it enables me to visit all through the downtown area without the hassle of searching out parking and having to pay. I can ride it anywhere without worrying about steep hills. The headlight is more than sufficient for night riding, even though I've added more safety lights for visibility. The brake light can be seen from a distance. This bike is quite easily operated and the battery has a very long life. It's a great investment for both pleasure and business especially with today's gas prices.

I bought my wife an ebike last year online and when we received it, it was a bit large for her. Decided to go local this time to make sure we got a bike that was right for her. Called around a few places and stopped by Pedego first. Didn't need to go anywhere else. They let her test ride a few bikes and when she picked one out, they customized it just for her needs. Bought it on Saturday and then took it for a ride on the Riverwalk on Sunday. We stopped by and took a picture. Great buying experience, would buy from them again.

I rented an electric mountain bike to ride with my daughter Kathryn on a visit here to Chattanooga. The bike was fantastic, and Adam coached me well how to use it. My daughter and her boyfriend Matt, experienced competitive mountain bikers loved it as well. They thought it would be a better mode of transportation living here in town. If you want a great experience on your visit here to town, highly suggest you rent a bike.

My wife and I rented electric bikes from here to ride the entire Tenneseee Riverwalk and we're VERY satisfied with the bikes we rented from here! The entire length of the trail was 5 miles to the end and 5 miles back, but the electric bikes made the trip enjoyable and smooth. I HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to ride the Tennessee Riverwalk to rent their bikes from here!

My daughter and son in law rented Pedego bikes in florida while on vacation. They fell in love with them and decided to purchase two of them, they went to the Chattanooga shop and met with Adam and were so happy to have someone so kind and knowledgeable. When they told me about them and how much they paid for them I thought they were crazy but the next vacation we took my husband and I rented them. Well we are hooked. We went to Adam and purchased two of our own. We have since purchased 1 more and have one on hold to be picked up this week. Adam is the best and we would not go anywhere else.

When my brother-in-law suggested we go biking while on a day trip to Chattanooga, I wasn't sure if it was a great idea. I mean, it was a bit chilly outside. But we decided to give it a try and I'm so glad we did! It was fun riding the electric bike! Adam was great in helping us to get set up for our experience with the bikes. We were able to see some of the local sites. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we definitely would do it again. I highly recommend Pedego Chattanooga if you're looking for a unique and fun experience!
