Don't Test Ride anything from this dealership.
You are required to sign a form that makes you fully liable for the bike, which by itself isn't an issue, however we all know accidents happen becuase people don't pay attention. It's Chattanooga afterall. So if you pull out onto the road and get blindsided by somebody, you just bought the wrecked bike. You slip while stationary and scratch a bike, you pay for the damages. Again not a huge issue but you should be made aware of this BEFORE you sign their release waiver and also make sure if you sign you fill out what bike you are test riding. You should sign one release form for each motorcycle you test ride, so they cant fill in the blanks after the fact. They never asked if i had motorcycle insurance because otherwise, I'd of just used my insurance to cover my test ride in case something were to happen. Lesson here be wary of test riding unless you know nothing will ever happen, not even a rock chip. Not worth the risk.
Also one of the salespeople, needs an attitude check. I don't care that you sell triumph, ducati, bmw, etc. VW owns Ducati and I work for VW. You don't see me acting like a pompous ignoramus. You don't get to treat potential customers like they're the bottom of the barrel/ can't afford anything becuz they are young. Sir, I made 70k last year and am making more than that this year, but I plan my finances out with my fiance 3 months ahead, so I have money saved. So a $1100 bill for minor scratches on some heat shields and a mirror, sprung up random on me, didn't hurt me but ate into the amount of the 25k I was going to be paying in cash and financing the last bit so it builds my credit. Me and my significant other have 120k in vehicles so yes single handedly financing wouldnt work becuz we do everything together. And I was thinking out loud when I said I don't get paid till next week doing maths in my head, and you just assumed I didn't have the money, which is rude. She didn't let me buy the bike becuz of how you were basically keeping me against my will, that wasn't the colour rocket I wanted, and how you acted as if i was scum to you. Need less to say, you have a decent selection of bikes and motorcycles, but aside from that your service sucks, and so does the pretentious attitude.
Scratched bike doesn't equal wrecked bike. And let's be honest that bike has been there all year it wasn't going to sell tm. Nobody wants a 2 year old matte silver triumph rocket 3r with 100 miles on it, when the storm just came out.

I loved Charlie Brown's being knowledgeable about the bikes and him sharing his experiences about his bike riding.
I thank him for sharing some info with me.

Needed some last minute help before TKO and they were able to squeeze my bike in and get it recalibrated for the race. Thanks to Hunter, John and Chris for helping me out in a pinch!

Can't speak on the bike purchase experience, but the girls (and the dogs) were very friendly and helpful to a pair of tourists wanting to sit on and look at bikes we don't have at dealerships back home.. Amazing selection and very clean showroom.
Didn't get a bike but the girlfriend now wants another dog... so thats something.

This is a giant European dealership with a zillion bikes on the floor. If you ride dirt, they have basically every KTM, Husky and GasGas bike in each line including a couple GasGas trials bikes. They have Beta but not much stock. Everything is full retail and it is like going to an indoor mall… not a bike shop. I have to say, I had higher hopes walking in the door.

I’ve been riding motorcycles for over 40 years and have been lucky enough to ride all over the world but I have never come across a motorcycle dealership friendlier, welcoming, helpful and competitively priced as Pandora’s. By far the best dealership in the world!

I need to give a HUGE endorsement to Pandora's European Motorsports in Chattanooga. Last month I trailed my 2014 BMW R1200RT-LC to them for surgery. I say major surgery only because it was a huge and very repair. My bike's alternator stopped working. I've been a mechanic myself since I was old enough to pick up a wrench myself. Despite my involvement in Aviation, I have always maintained all my bikes and vehicles (and all my friends and family too) just as a side hobby. Now, once I diagnosed my RT issue I verified both the stator and Voltage regulator were toast. And, I do mean toast because the stator is internal (rear section) on the newer liquid-cooled engines. BMW switched to engine cooling several years ago and in doing so redesigned the traditional boxer design. A clutch is extremely easy with it being an internal & wet type. It's easily replaced vs the old dry clutch. But the opposite is true on the alternator. This is a very complex issue now requiring the entire drive train removal along with removing the engine & pulling up off the bike's frame. Then, the transmission has to be removed and finally, into the engine rear to remove & replace the burned-out stator. I'm a very hands-on guy and have huge reservations about handing my bike's needs to anyone. I have had just one case before living here in the Knoxville area and not a pleasant experience. I also was smart and VERY lucky to purchase an extended warranty from Pandora so my choice wasn't hard to make. Their service manager (Jeff Chamberlin) there kept me completely informed on the process by phone. Knowing the process involved my hat gets tipped to their master BMW tech (Randy Conner) plus his helpers! Because, picking it up after my ride (90 miles) home it felt and performed flawlessly. It took me some time to reinstall my lights and engine guards but doing all my post work certainly gave me more time to examine their previous work too. Excellent job done by them at Pandora and so I give them 5 stars on everything. No oil drips, nothing I could find wrong, it's all good! Thanks very much to Pandora in Chattanooga TN!

There for 10 minutes service guy suggested sales, sales, recommended parts help me. Salesman in office and bmw salesmen talking to each other… kid on e bike was more helpful than their staff.

I recently purchased a gasgas ec300 from Pandora's. I thought the experience went well. All the staff I interacted with in each of the different areas of the dealership from sales, parts/service, to financing were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the questions I had. They're were able to get me ready to ride with a price on the bike I was happy with and the optional parts I was looking for.
I would definitely consider Pandora's again when it's time for another bike purchase.

Husband brought me here to pick out a starter bike. Found one I liked and was comfortable with. We feel like we got a fair price and we were treated well. Selection was good. Only complaint is, nobody warned us that the bike was limited to 55 mph until the first service. Would have been great to know before getting on the interstate... other than that, experience was decent.

I was in the area visiting family and riding dirtbikes. Somehow I lost a strap out of my boot on the first day of riding into a 3 day ride. The parts guy I talked to said he could have the strap in a few days but that was when I was leaving to come home. He then offered to sell me his strap from his personal pair of boots so I could have a fully functional boot. It also happened to be around lunchtime when I was at the shop and he recommended an excellent restaurant. Above & beyond service and I was very thankful for his kind gesture.

Buddy had his bike in for service, oil change, spark plugs. Bike blew up the very next day…funny enough one of their recent reviews also states their bike leaking oil after an oil service. Please don’t bring your bike here, they clearly don’t care enough to check that everything’s up to spec.
