The customer service was horrible. It smells like a dumpster when you walk in it will turn Your stomach. It is so cluttered you can hardly walk and there is no corporate number to call because it is private owned. The better business burea will be contacted and I hope other people contact them as well. The place is a pig pen and needs to be shut down ? I tried to return something and get my money back 3 mins after a purchase and they told me no. The man never gave me a receipt he told me they do exchanges but no refunds. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

yes their prices are cheap but the price of the wig doesn't at all match the quality of the product. their 20$ wigs are very poor quality they are so thin & broken they wouldnt even sell them at a costume store for more than 5$ on clearance. the wigs they charge 50$ for are the wigs they should be charging 20$ for. i recommend just going on amazon. for one of their "50$" wigs you can get it on amazon for 15$.
