They dont want to give you your money back when you got a receipt and the manager melissa is absolutely the rudest person I've ever met. Melissa the manager doesn't need to have her job there for how disrespectful she is and telling people that it's not her job to give money back on a part o'Reilly sold that was bad and they tested it

Made a mistake went to AutoZone with a friend which I never ever spend my money at because every time I do I get screwed. We ended up having to go to O'Reilly's so they could do right and what AutoZone did wrong. Always go to O'Reilly's unless you want to pay way too much for inferior car parts because that's what AutoZone sells. They've got great service at this O'Reilly's everybody's nice and never once have I had a problem. Can't say that for AutoZone after over 30 years.
