Bruce and Todd at O'Reilly Auto Parts on Cummings HWY went above and beyond to help us when our car needed a new alternator. They coordinated with another store to secure the part we needed. As we waited for the mobile mechanic they extended kindness and provided superior customer service to us. Bruce made sure we were comfortable and continued to find other items the mechanic needed to complete the job. We typically patronize another chain auto parts store, but thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Bruce and Todd O'Reilly will now be our first choice.

Mr Kenneth at this location was so very helpful. He went above and beyond his duties to help us get back on the road. We had 2 vehicles full of kids with just 3 ladies. We was over 8 hours away from home. We prayed that God would send us someone to help us and we found Mr Kenneth. He did everything he could to help us get back on the road to make it to our destination which was still 3.5 hours away. We are so greatful to him for all his help and thanks to him we was able to enjoy our youth conference in Gatlinburg.
