Was offered a job at this Chattanooga, TN location for $13 an hour in early 2024. Not sure why management/corporate is offering this rate of pay. Local housing market requires $20+ hour jobs to be sustainable. Also, email communications are required for your references to reply to. Go to a Hiring agency if you're struggling to find a job. They pay better.

Worst store ever. Horrible customer service, allowed me and my 3 kids to stay stuck in your parking lot BC I showed up 5 minutes til closing needing a spark plug because my car blew one , the female that was working had brown hair and glasses and was absolutely rude and locked the door in our faces all BC she didnt wanna deal with us now my kids have to go hungry BC I had to fork out money I didnt have, Sat here for hours in the cold . wish I could give a lower review and that the employes here had sympathy for children being stuck in a car no way to go anywhere in the middle of winter

I tried to get help with a headlight (good customer service is why I usually go to O'Reilly in GA) but here they won't help. I might as well buy it off Amazon if there is no customer service.

My visit there was horrible the guy that was there couldn't even get me the spark plugs that a 95 Chevrolet 1500 has out the factory this guy was trying to sell me some spark plugs that cost $60 saying that was all they had in a parts store ridiculous!!!! I will never go back to O'Reilly's again
