Brought in a Honda lawnmower for warranty work. Took them 7 weeks and 2 days to complete the repair. They never gave me an ETA or called to communicate. I had to call to check status (though nothing useful was conveyed). The front desk people were unable to tell me what was actually repaired when it was finally completed. They also charged me $150 to scrape off a minor amount of mowing residue, describing it as "the stuff bricks are made of." They sent me before pictures, and I have a hard time imagining that lawnmowers that have been used have less grass residue as I spray it off after every mow. One bright spot is the tech was very pleasant once I got in touch with him. Can't say the same for the front desk people. Overall I would avoid having any repairs done here. Sadly they were one of the only options for Honda warranty work. Hope you avoid the frustration.

Purchased the last small trailer on the lot. Scott was my salesman, he didn't offer any info. Being a first time buyer. I did ask where I can get lights added to my truck and he recommended uhaul. Scott said the charge would be $25.00 and go to Broad Street. Definitely wrong recommendation as the prices for labor $100.00 an hour plus the parts.
