Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful as my husband and I looked for a new mattress. We appreciate how patient he was with all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a mattress today, and we are very excited!

My mom and I went in Nooga Mattress Tuesday, July 2nd to buy two full mattresses, two box springs, and a frame. We were told the mattresses would be ready the following Tuesday, July 9th. No one from Nooga Mattress contacted us, so we contacted them around 6pm on the 9th. They said the mattresses would be there either Wednesday or Thursday of the same week. So we waited, still didn’t hear anything from any one. So we contacted them again and they said they had one mattress and both box springs and the frame but were waiting on the second mattress. We wait til July 18th to call them back and ask where the mattresses were. They then said they had both mattresses but were waiting on a box spring. ? we called them back July 24th and just asked for our money back. They refused to give us the money back until we actually get the mattresses. None of this was communicated. And now it is July 26th and we STILL have not heard anything from Nooga Mattress. Every time we’ve communicated with them, we’ve had to call them. They never once contacted us or communicated any of this with us. Nooga Mattress, we except better!

My husband and I recently purchased a mattress, box springs, and bed frame here. They were so friendly to us in the store and helped us find exactly the perfect mattress and pillows quickly. Delivery and setup was smooth and efficient. What surprised me most was their commitment to making sure we were happy with our purchase afterward. Will definitely shop here again and recommend it to anyone I know needing a mattress.

Easily one of the most comfortable sales experiences. The gentleman that helped us purchase our mattress cared about us getting the best mattress at our budget.
It was a family friendly environment. We have two elementary aged children that wanted to try out every mattress in the store. Brian our sales person was super kind to our children and was more than willing to let them try out as many mattress as they wanted.
We will be buying from Nooga Mattress again when the time comes!

This was our first stop on our search for a new mattress, and we needed to look no further.
The sales personnel were very professional, polite and knew their products very well. They were not at all pushy or overbearing with details, and were just a delight to deal with!
Our dealings on day one were mostly with Jonathan, who was unfortunately off the next day when we returned to make the purchase, but Brian was equally as nice and said he would give Jonathan credit for the sale anyway.
One major reason we decided to go with Nooga (aside from the mattress, of course) is that unlike other stores that allow you 90 days to return the mattress if you don’t like it, Nooga will take it back at any time during the 90 days, whereas other stores will insist that you “give it a chance” and don’t want to accept it until you have tried to sleep on it for almost 90 days! We’ve had a lot of sleepless nights because of policies like that, so Kudos to Nooga!

We had a great experience buying a TempurPedic mattress at Nooga Mattress. Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us try out several mattresses and pillows until we found the ones that were perfect for us. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!
