They don't have a very wide selection of newbalance shoes considering that they are a store specifically for newbalance. They don't have any options for the style of newbalance my partner was looking for. (Amendment) He informed me that he was in the store and noticed that there were only two options of the style he wears [574]s. I am still somewhat surprised by the small selection. It seemed like the women's section had a little more variety. Personally, I don't wear tennis shoes. I was simply there with my partner for him to look for some. Forgive me for mistakenly previously writing that there were none of the style at all. When i was asking him about it again to clarify, I was informed that the store was not as limited as i thought. He was saying that he didn't like either of the two options in stock, and I misunderstood what he meant by "they don't have any options for me in the style I always get." I apologize for the incorrect information. Regardless, I can't say that my initial opinion about the lack of options at this store considering the fact that it is a store specifically for newbalance seems limited and small.

Customer service was very friendly. They were patient with me trying on different types of shoes. I would recommend this place especially the Customer Service and selection of shoes.

I don’t have any problems with the store or the staff, always pleasant to buy from them. I’ve always worn New Balance because of feet problem, they worked great until I bought a pair a few months ago and they’ve changed the shoe I wear to “Fresh Foam”. My feet started giving me problems again, this is so disappointing. The other inserts worked great, I have now had to go buy a pair of Brooks which have put my feet back on the right track. New Balance please get rid of the Fresh Foam inserts!!
