“It has been great overall. Only complaint is that we never had a working light bulb in the unit. We thought that the bulb was burnt out so we changed it ourselves, but that did not fix it. We let management know, but nothing ever changed. We just used headlamps or the head lights of our car if we needed to be in the unit after dark.”
“I am a logistican by trade with over twenty years experience in the industry. The processes employed during Elizabeth's move out of our home truly impressed me and have set a standard that I will require for any future moves. Our previous move had been handled by a different moving company (who will go unmentioned) and it was chaotic and undisciplined. The entire Elizabeth team completely protected all furniture by individually wrapping them with the appropriate materials. The hardwood floors of the home we were leaving were protected by defined/covered travel lanes. Each piece was photographed and QR Coded to ensure accountability and trackability. All this and they still were competitively priced against "the big guys."”

“Service date June 13 2024, PackRat driver Aaron, I believe out of Chattanooga Tennessee. Serviced my address in Scottsboro Alabama. This was a particularly challenging pickup (containers returning full). Previous driver was not successful and left without picking up container. Aaron worked hard at it, tried multiple methods, and eventually succeeded. He maintained politeness and professional behavior, despite it being hot and humid and unpleasant conditions.
The containers were picked up carefully and with diligence. I'm not sure if it was the angled sloping of the driveway that made it difficult or if the equipment was underpowered, but He succeeded after a great deal of effort. I am so grateful for him and I believe he is a great asset to 1-800 Pack Rat. He treated my property with respect and I have no complaints whatsoever. Only praise. Please tell him thank you so much. I've used 1-800 Pack Rat multiple times, and he is my favorite of all the drivers.

It was my first time using a paid service to move, I was unsure what to expect but I quickly was very affirmed. Pat - the team lead brought such a positive energy to our move and did a great job asking about all the details. Manuel was so focused and determined even though we had some rain, everyone worked hard and got our move done early!”

“We moved from Bend, Or to Chattanooga, using U-Pack was the easiest part of all of it! I needed to change my delivery date twice due to a delayed home sale and they were helpful and easy both times. When the day finally came to have the trailer delivered, it was delivered on time without issue and the driver talked to me about the best place to put it for loading, great communication! The only thing I wish I had done differently was talk to you U-Pack about how much space I would need, whatever you think you need add 10 to 20 feet more or ask the experts! The pick up of our trailer went smoothly without issues as well as the delivery to our new home in Chattanooga. The only hiccup was the plywood boards that are placed after it is full were moved, the driver had been sent a picture of them in place, but when we opened it, they had clearly been moved. Nothing was missing at all and it didn’t look like anything had shifted, just a little strange. We unloaded the truck and they were able to pick it up the same day, the rep in Chattanooga was extremely helpful and communicated with us when we arrived, and when the truck was ready to be delivered, picked up etc. Their drivers were also great to work with and really helpful regarding placement and process. I hope to never move 3000 miles again, but if I do I will use U-Pack without question!”
