DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ANY MOUNTAIN VIEW. These people here will promise you the world and then back out of it. When they tell you they will save you thousands using their in house financing it's a bunch of crap. When they promise you free oil changes because they messed up its a lie. Find a place that will be true to their word. This place is a joke.

This place is a joke. Stay away. Got nothing repaired on a car I purchased from their dealership next door. And got a $130 charge for hooking it up the the analyzer. The dealership (who sent me there) would not pay that charge or pay to get anything fixed. See my review of the dealership, it will explain.Service: Body & Trim

Josh and the young lady behind the desk are absolutely amazing!! They printed off coloring sheets for my twins to color on! They changed the tv for them to watch Paw Patrol! They also offered them a snack and gave them rubber duckies to play with! I recommend them to everyone!!!! Thank you guys again soooo very much!

If I could rate this so called dealership a 0 I would. I came in looking to buy a used car in which I had a price range. A salesmen showed me around, everything was nice and we had some laughs. we finally got to the car that was in my range so initially everything looked swell so I decided that it was the one I wanted to take home with a cosign. I sat in that dealership for about 4 hours, typical stuff. it wasn't until after I had placed my down payment and left that I realized the car was unfairly priced and I may have gotten swindled. For context it was a 2019 Nissan Sentry which had over 100,000 miles to it being sold for 18k, for better context the car's price brand new is 19k so right there is the biggest red flag. Alright so after realizing this I go back to try and see if I could get back my deposit because the car had not been in my possession yet nor had the other cosigner signed yet this is when the true colors of the people that worked there had been revealed unfortunately. They did not want to give my down payment back at all, siting that "I was wasting their precious time" and that "I was emotionally putting them through things" now as a customer, especially one that had already paid I don't think anyone ever should be treated like that. It showed me who they really were when they treated me like that, I was sad and disappointed. Me being the person I was I wasn't just going to lie there with my stomach shown. so I kept asking them that they return my down payment and time and time again they kept bringing up excuses and even went as far as to show me a not so very creditable site that said dealerships don't have to give your down payment back. So it was at that point where I wanted to entertain them, they offered to show me yet another used car in which I said sure why not, we looked at the other car and it too was a horribly priced car. At this point now I surely knew that they didn't car about the customer in me they just wanted to keep my money. I was emotionally uneasy from this experience I was annoyed I was devastated, I was even angry. No matter I would show my resolve. So I go back home and refigure my strategy. I called them informing them That I would show up the day after and speak with their manager and they said ok, mind you this isn't a short drive for me. I show up the next day and to my surprise the manager sends over one of his lackies to inform me that he does not wish to speak to me, the customer, and that instead will give me a "verdict" the next day on what they are going to do. Let me tell you in all my years I've never had to deal with something as preposterous as this ,actually ridiculous. I waited a day and nothing, they were just stalling at that point, that's when I decided to just end these shenanigans and call my bank and explain to them this event that I was going through. My advise stir clear from this establishment if you don't want a migraine.

The workers are all straight forward and not pushy. Everyone was honest and willing to work with what you can do and make it work out for you best in the end. I recommend if you are looking for car to go see them at MTN view off 153.

We purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang from this dealership. We were not happy with the price based on the condition of the vehicle, the dealership did agree to negotiate which was great as most dealers don’t negotiate at all. However, after we got the car home we were swarmed with ants from a soft drink that was spilled in the back floor board of the driver side that was never cleaned just covered up with the floor mat. I made an appointment I used the address on the website turns out it was the wrong address I called to let them know they tell me they cant see me because I’m going to be late and they said they can’t see me because they don’t have my tire size . I am so mad I don’t even live in Chattanooga I live 40 minutes away i ask if I can come in for tomorrow because i am running on a spare tire they tell me no and the only available one is in 4 days I am so disappointed and sad at this point. I am paying for the warranty for nothing and terrible customer service,

Had a great buying experience with Mtn View 153. Jace Flatt was my sales person and he put in a lot of work to find me a truck to use for my business. Everything went very smooth with financing and delivery of the truck. This will be the only dealership I use in the future.
