If I could give this business more than five stars, I would. Monica’s Bridal was absolutely amazing. Customer service, communication, price transparency, and more were 10/10. They exceeded my expectations. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was personally greeted by the owner, who was very kind and fun. They pampered me and made me feel so special. They get the little things right!!!!! I said yes to the dress at Monica’s Bridal!!!!

Had a great experience at Monicas today and said yes to my dress! I loved their little details to make the visit individualized and special! I felt so comfortable the whole time and the staff was awesome at explaining everything and giving lots of options and suggestions around custom alterations to make my dress fit my vision. So happy I chose them!

Monica’s was hands down the BEST bridal gown shopping experience I had! They are a one stop shop for bridal gowns , accessories and even renting men’s tuxedos. I went to quite a few different places in Atlanta, Orlando and in Chattanooga and they have the BEST customer service I experienced! Their store is well lit at every angle for you to really see the dress. Allie, the owner, is one of the sweetest, kindest people out there. She truly cares about her clients and giving them the best bridal experience. I seriously cannot talk more highly of this place. I would travel again and again from Atlanta to get a dress from here; it is 1000% worth the drive. Thank you Allie and the team at Monica’s for helping me find my wedding dress, accessories and rehearsal dress!

I visited Monica’s today and had Caelin. She was so sweet and so helpful. She asked what I did or didn’t like about dresses, listened and knew just what to pick for what I liked!. She was all around amazing. When I tell you to go visit her you won’t regret it. She was amazing! Thank you Caelin for all your help!!. I found my dream dress at Monica’s :)
