I just had an amazing experience at the car wash, and I have to give a shoutout to Mari.
From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the whole process feel effortless. It was clear that Mari takes immense pride in her work—my car hasn’t looked this spotless in ages! She went the extra mile, paying attention to every detail and even offering helpful tips on keeping my car clean.

I can't say enough good things about Mari! Since moving to Chattanooga from Florida, she has been incredibly polite, compassionate, and generous to my family and me during our visits to the car wash. Mari always greets us with a warm smile and goes out of her way to ensure we have a great experience.
Her respect for customers is evident; she listens to our needs and offers thoughtful recommendations. It’s clear that she truly cares about making everyone feel welcome and valued.

An employee was extremely rude. He became frustrated when I got off the track, he could’ve shown more patients but instead chose to make the situation escalated. Bad customer service

Place is amazing? Guys are super nice and helpful! If If I lived on this part of town, I would come to this one all the time just because of the employees. And to top it all off, they’re hilarious! fun time!
