The training is the worst they leave you with individuals that's very unprofessional. Really bad communication. This is the most unorganized place in America. The owner not trying to invest money in the business to make it easy for employees to work better faster and effective to make his better. He doesn't care about the employees or his business. Very unsafe for anyone to work there.

Aaron Pickard is a guy, every time I call him he always answers the phone in a great mood. He is always ready to help and is very knowledgeable in the tire business.

Well done! I was traveling from Huntsville to Knoxville and needed new tires on my forklift. The team did an excellent job from taking my call, setting up an account, to arranging a meeting place. The service tech efficiently pressed on new tires and was very friendly.Overall excellent service.

the other guy in the post is right their tires suck I use to press them at mohawk and shaw and various other plants in Chattanooga and north Georgia , sometimes they have good rubber and President Benton doesn't care about the quality if he can get a cheaper deal on rubber he will buy it and the quality of the tire will go down , when I worked there shaw and mohawk quit using them because the tires fell apart , they make the solid lift truck tires on site but that is all , the tracks and pneumatic tires they order and upcharge 200% same with poly and bobcat tires , they treat their employees like second rate citizens , the prez and the little sissy vp are both uppidy and look down on everyone else

George Vaughn and Wesley Reed are a good pair to work under, HR departments fair, manufacturing quality forklift tires. I suggest Mitchell tire company as a tire supplier.
