I haven’t put review before but I needed to tell their service is terrible. I made an appointment from one of 3kiosk which is in front of the minute clinic. They said they only get an appointment when I asked them, so I came back 4 hours later. AND they said There’s no appointment showing on their system. They said I made pharmacy appointment, not the minute clinic. The kiosk was RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR ROOM, and the pharmacy and minute clinic are just 3FEETS between. I have no idea with their system and the way how they treat customers.

Short wait... good check in process. Exam was professional, informative and did the job. Liked the med pro. He was great and took great care of me.

Fix the answering services. I had one question and had to go through 3 minutes of dealing with the computer system then several minutes of hold time. Never got my question answered due to long wait time, therefore, you lost my business.

Do not recommend. I spent $200 just to be told to take more ibuprofen. Went to student health on campus and learned that it seemed to be tonsillitis and I needed an antibiotic to treat it. My throat progressively got worse, and going to this clinic did nothing but make me more broke than I already was.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Negative 5 stars if it were an option. Sent my 18yr old college student there to be checked out because I'm 5hrs away and she's 5hrs away from her primary care doctor. She's had symptoms for a month but has been treating with Vit C and Zyrtec first. Recently started running fever and asthma started acting up so she decided to be seen in case she needed meds. She was there for literally 10mins, most was spent checking in and collecting the copay. Lauren the "doctor" or whatever she is, looked at her for 5 seconds and told her she had allergies from being in a new area of town. Thank God I had my suspicions of her diagnosis and called a real doctor at a real doctors office. Got her in the next morning and a real doctor told her she was really sick. Bad ears, bad sinuses, bad upper respiratory. Put her on one of the strongest antibiotics and a steroids pack. I'm so glad I listened to my child when she told me "this is worse than allergies, mom, and I need to see a doctor". I DO NOT recommend this CVS minute clinic for anyone. DO NOT USE, GO TO A REAL DOCTOR.

The NP is extremely rude and doesn't listen to a word you say. I was seen just a little while ago for severe congestion and a cough. As an asthmatic I know how this will play out, so I wanted to nip this in the bud. Nope. I told her I had bronchitis the week of January 16th and was treated with antibiotics and prednisone. She wouldn't give me an antibiotic and told me it was "just a cold". I explained it will not be "just a cold" in another day or so and she said she doesn't prescribe for the future. I understand that antibiotics are over prescribed, but when you have a patient who knows their body, you need to listen. Asthma complicates things and she should have prescribed an antibiotic given this is clearly a relapse. Standard protocol for an asthmatic. Don't waste your time here. You're better off going to a walk in clinic with a medical doctor and not a nurse practitioner who pretends she's a doctor. I'm reporting her to the board, CVS corporate and the State. If I end up with a full blown infection, I'll do all I can through legal channels to have her license revoked or suspended and any and all other legal remedies available. I'm not litigious, but I am a legal professional and I recognize the lack of standard of care. Don't go here if you are sick. Go see a qualified doctor so you can get better. *Update* As I already knew, I become sicker and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I have now been on antibiotics, prednisone and other prescriptions trying clear the infection from my body. Had this "nurse practitioner" listened to what I had to say and provided the standard quality of care, I would not be battling pneumonia at this time. Her gross negligence has caused me to become extremely ill and it will take a considerable amount of additional time for my body to clear and heal. Do NOT go here. This clinic makes substandard care look cutting edge.

Life saver when you're sick, they're open when most doctor's offices aren't. 30 minutes in and out.

Nurse practitioner was really kind and helpful. Pharmacy was equally helpful.

Place is a joke! I called to make sure they could treat my son for my particular illness and was told yes (though you can't talk to a particular office). Went there at 2:30 pm and there were 7 in line ahead of him. They were still at lunch though they should have been back an hour earlier. You cannot talk to anyone - you sign in at kiosk. So waited and finally asked nurse as she called the the next patient. Wow, couldn't treat his illness - only minor stuff. No real doctors at these places. Don't waste your time - see a real doctor or go to clinic that has a doctor.
