What is going on here? Just stopped by at 10:15, lights are on but door locked. Knocked, no answer. My son tried to come by here last week on two occasions, but the door was locked during business hours.Whatever degenerates work here need to be fired immediately.

Went to pay phone bill of course they are at lunch be back at 4 will its 545 and nobody here as usual and the 5 dollar convince fee is for me to wait on you to come unlock the door metro is getting to be s joke of a business and don't even get me started on customer service

Googled their hours and their closing time was listed as 7pm. I left work early to get there at 6pm. At 6pm, the door was locked and no one was there. The door even listed the closing time at 7pm. Yet, no one was there.

Big shout out to Mirtha she gave us GREAT customer service!! She was able to get us both new phones and new service for an amazing price I highly recommend if you're looking to get new phones and you're worried about spending too much go see her she is amazing!!! A+ service it took less than 20 mins for 2 phone set up and payment!! She rocks!!!!

Had to cancel my debit card because of fraud issues. I came into pay my bill and was surprised at the $5 convenience fee I had to pay in order to pay my bill. I've NEVER had that happen in the 10 years I've been with this company and feel that's a little ridiculous.

I have been a metro customer for over 12 years and I have to admit the woman that saved the day for me was so very helpful and courteous! She admitted that she was not quite sure how to help...she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I didn't leave without fixing the issue I was having on my phone! Thanks to her I left with my problem fixed and I send all my gratitude to Customer service and I sincerely wished I had gotten her name! She works at the shallow ford road store! This woman needs a Raise!!!!!
