I have been using Meineke on Hwy. 58 in Chattanooga, Tn. for service on my car for a least a couple of years. The manager there (Rob) always offers me discounts for being a repeat customer which is awesome! Also his mechanics are always thorough and check other functions of my car while they have it in the shop. If you need service for your vehicle in the Chattanooga or surrounding area please check out this Meineke location. You will be glad you did!! 5 Stars!!!

I recommend this place to anyone!! Rob took care of me. Rob was very helpful and great service. I had to have new brake pads and roters! I don't know much about working on vehicles so Rob was excellent at describing everything and actually showed me everything that needed to be done. This place is very honest and trustworthy and you don't find that in most places. I strongly recommend this place to anyone. ending anything done on their vehicle. Meineke on Highway 58 will always get my business. I trust them whole heartedly! Thank you Rob! You are awesome!! And he also has a great team working with him.

Very happy with the service. I was told it would take 2 hours. It was about an hour and 20 minutes and they were one technician short.

Severe disappointment after spending thousands I mean thousands on my 2009 Chevy Malibu with them still isn't fixed. Every time I came in to have fixed what they told me was wrong then was told something else was wrong now. Will never recommend or bring back my automobiles again still my car has issues always something new very disappointing and aggravating

These guys are the best. I have been to them a few times now, and each time they have saved me actual money, and not just "quoted high then 'discounting' to make it look like you're saving." They give you the real situation and don't push sales just for the sake of it.I've never had any problem with their quotes, their service, or their competency. That's much more than I can say for many other mechanics in the area.

Rob and his worker were beyond helpful despite our last minute troubles over Easter weekend! He was quick to assess the issues, and give us a quote. I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who needs a fix and wants service from someone who genuinely cares about his customers!!
