“I went there today to have blood drawn and I was in and out in 5 minutes way BEFORE my scheduled appointments time, and they were super nice, too! Do all your paperwork on their patient portal and schedule an appointment beforehand like some of the other reviews suggest and you won't have a single problem with waiting! Will definitely use them again. It's inside Erlanger on the 4th floor. Again, do your paperwork online and schedule an appointment beforehand through their patient portal and you won't have a single problem with waiting or anything at all.”

“Check in is streamlined with a kiosk, no having to wait for staff to be available.I recommend having an appointment if your visit is time sensitive. There were 4 people there before me, but I had an appointment and I was In and out in 10 minutes. Had my results within 24 hours. The phlebotomist was very kind, she made sure I fully understood what my insurance was covering and what would be my responsibility. It was an all around great experience”

Service has been exemplary both times. I arrived before my appt, and was seen for procedure immediately.
Staff is proficient ( I also have prominent veins ) and the procedure has been perfect both times.
The location is on the 1sr floor of Erlanger hospital, NOT the parking garage that Google maps sends you to.”
