Overall it is a great B&B. The first night was a littke rough. My room was blazing hot. I took a atar off because staff was unreachable after 9. If someone were to be locked out of their room, that would have been an issue.That said, Sabrina was phenominal. The Mansion was gorgeous. Breakfast was good. I would go back, but just be aware that you can’t contact anyone after 9pm.Rooms: Beautiful, comfortable beds.Nearby activities: The only thing within reasonable walking distance is UTC. Everything else is 20 min plus by foot.Safety: Felt very safe. Beautiful tree lined street.Walkability: Next to UTC, but you need a Lyft or Uber to get to and from anywhere.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good, but it won’t blow you away.Noteworthy details: Sabrina and the staff were very pleasant. The inn had beautiful details on all floors. I loved the front porch.

Was going to stay here as we would be in the area passing through for our family vacation. Called to check on rooms and was informed that if more than two people are in the room it's an extra $70.00 per person. We would have three children under the age of 10 and it was going to be $70 extra per child. Will not ever stay here nor would I recommend them to anyone. That is robbery.

We came to town for a doctors appointment. The mansion was beautiful. The staff was well informed on the history and took pride telling us about this wonderful establishment. We had a couples massage which was wonderful. We did feel bad that the massage therapists had to bring the massage tables up all the stairs. We left way before check out because people we're talking. I'm not sure if it was staff, guests, or a tv. We stayed in order to sleep, because of how loud the people talking. At 2:15 am we had enough. It was definitely not an experience I wanted to have. If we ever have to come back I will not stay here. Definitely, a waste of money because others can't be considerate or respect people trying to sleep. By the time we make it home we will have been awake for 24 hours straight.

Wonderful atmosphere and good, friendly service. Great breakfast and extra comfy beds! Perfect location for a quiet stay with easy access to UT Chattanooga campus and downtown activities.

Mayor's Mansion is a beautiful B&B. The house is lovely and the staff are attentive. We stayed in The Chattanooga room. The room had an interesting layout, but was very spacious. We saw several other rooms during our stay. The rooms we viewed were beautifully decorated and roomy. We would definitely visit again.

My husband chose this B&B last year for our wedding night. We loved it so much that we went back this past weekend for our one year anniversary. Everything about this Inn is extraordinary! The Inn itself is incredibly beautiful and so well maintained. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. The front porch is just so lovely, you want to sit and stay a while. The breakfast is absolutely divine. Daniel knows how to put on a spread! But what stands out the most? The personal touches. Sabrina is a gracious and welcoming host. The reception desk ladies are warm and knowledgeable. We created such wonderful memories here and we can't wait to go back and make more.

Very cool building. Our room was nice. The walls are thin! You will hear other conversations. I was disappointed in breakfast. I had hoped I could order simple scrambled eggs and bacon. I was told they have a set menu. We did not find the breakfast to be good.

Loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly. The free breakfast is so good! The room was comfortable and clean. They even had little late night snacks at night like brownies and pastries. We will be back for sure!

This was our second anniversary trip to the mansion and every time it's great. The service is great, bedrooms are nice and spacious amd the location is within walking distance to several places. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing get away.

The inn has tons of historic detail to it. The furnishings in the rooms is amazing. Great big size, tall ceiling rooms. Comfortable beds as well. The breakfast is a curated 4 course menu and tasted good. All in all, a great stay. Will definitely be back if in Chattanooga.
