My daughter came in to return some items. This store only offers store credit for returns if you happen to misplace your receipt. In this digital age with financial hardships everywhere it's hard to imagine a store like this being so far behind. Target can find purchases with the card you used. Burlington takes your phone number at the register in case you lose your receipt. There are ways to fix this and I hope this store does so, soon. For everyone.

Went to swap out a gift. They didn't have anymore, so they gave me a store credit. This being my 1st time shopping at this store, I can say I will definitely go back. It was after Christmas, so almost everything was on clearance.

I had a great experience at Marshall's in Chattanooga. They had the exact dog treats I was searching for in stock, which was a pleasant surprise. It's always satisfying when you find the specific item you need, and it seems Marshall's came through in this case. I would recommend checking out their pet products if you have similar needs.
