The new coffee machines are absolute garbage. It is the worst coffee I've ever tried. I don't believe they ever adjusted them correctly cause it's been bad since day 1 of them bringing the new machines in. Now they don't make coffee by the pot anymore apparently. Guess I'll be saving some money.

This is the closest gas station next to were I live so I go here all the time and honestly would have given y'all a 5 star but their is one employee who always has an attitude (big guy think his name is Thor) just went in their today at 12:15 and he was outside smokeing a cigarette as soon as he seen that I was gonna be going inside you can see him slam is cigarette down and waddle inside I go in to get my cigars that unfortunately for him are on the bottom shelf then when I handed him the money and he open the register he slammed it closed and didn't even ask for my rewards...... This kind of thing makes me not even want to go to this gas station.... Honestly feel like going down the rode instead of dealing with mister attitude.....

I refuse to shop or buy gas here, because the property is constantly full of trash. It's clear that they are not cleaning up, as I've seen certain items in the same place for weeks. Dumpsters are open and overflowing, and trash continues to pile up all around the property. I'll go out of my way and spend my money at the new Weigel's instead.

I had a great experience at this mapco. Staff is friendly, quick to help customers in need with any questions. This new manager in this store is much better and much more friendly than the old manager . Will be going back in here much more now that I know they have a great new staff.

Be careful if you use your bank card at the mapco on 153 at hamill road. A lady went in the store last night and bought a drink and when she left she forgot to pull her bank card out of the machine. An hour later she realized she had lost her card and while looking for it she called her bank to see if she could freeze it and someone had already spent over 1,000 dollars online. They made purchases at several different stores. The police pulled the camera footage and the man working the store could be seen pulling the card out of the register as soon as she walked away. He got off work at 9:00 and the charges started right at 9:30 and they ordered several pairs of shoes from Nike.com and made several purchases at Walmart.com and sheen. The guy lied to the police and said he walked outside and gave it back to her and they have to wait until tomorrow to file a warrant for the employee and the store manager at the store was lieing about what she seen on the camera so she was trying to cover up for him so just be careful if you use your bank card in that store. They apparently have a way to pull your information off the register and use it to make online purchases as well ..

I miss the racetrack. Doing home project on property in Chattanooga and have been going for 12 days every morning to buy bread and coffee sense its near by, and not once have the offerd me complimentary coffee within 12 days, and now is when they tell me I have to be a member to get coffee at 69 cents. Terrible gastation experience.

Every time I've been to this gas station after I get off work lately a man named Bill has to store "closed" for random amounts of time. The other day me and my fiance stood outside, in the cold for "10 more minutes" to get gas while 3 other cars pulled up and left cause they didn't want to wait. I've been coming to this mapco for years as it's the closest one to my house but this is getting ridiculous . The signs say 24 hours don't they?

Probably the worst gas station in the Chattanooga area I've visited. The pumps rarely emit your receipt, and they look as though they've been in a BattleBots match. The drive is filthy,.. needs a good pressure wash. The car wash has been closed for at least 18 months.

The employees, managers included, would rather stand out BY THE FRONT DOOR and smoke cigarettes than they would actually stock shelves. Multiple empty holes where items should be, and one can clearly see the missing items in the back of the cooler. Shop elsewhere.
