Fine as a gas station but won't be back for a car wash. I paid for the full $12 wash. It never dispensed any soap, it didn't clean the wheels, and never dispensed any clear coat protectant. So I got a really expensive rinse and grind dirt into the paint with the brushes.

Went into stop to get some Gatorades and the customer service was not friendly at all at least day shift is friendly and makes me feel welcomed not when I came in tonight not friendly atmosphere at all

This was a great little Mapco on my way home from Hixson, TN. I stopped for some gas. They also had a nice car was and vacuum for your car.

Just went through the car wash, I selected the highest wash setting at the pump. Towards the end I noticed that it did not spray out the protectant spray nor were the dryers working. I called to notify staff and the attendant said they're already aware. The reason for my 1 star is there isn't even signs anywhere to notify anyone of the malfunction so people are just continually getting ripped off.

I hadnt even walked into the store when the lady at the front was staring me down. I was just going to use the ATM, HOWEVER.. when i got an eyeroll and audible sigh i decided i had to get a reciept. So i got a pack of .99 fig newtons. Connie then tried to keep my receipt for me and caught a severe attitude when i asked for it. Not even to mention the fig newtons went out of date july of last year..

Well ... employees have always been nice ....Here lately you can't ever tell if they are going to be open at night! Sometimes they are open 24 hours ... sometimes they aren't. They have been closing @ 10 pm ..... very unfortunate and inconvenient considering I get off @ 11pm. ?

Somehow all of a sudden they don't sell alcohol after midnight. Obviously this is your store clerk trying to keep people away with a shifty handwritten sign because this has never been a thing. I've been coming to this location for years and Renee tried to say this is how it's always been. Maybe check in on your night staff that doesn't want to do business. I specifically asked her when this policy started and she said "always". Come on now
