Kristen is not friendly! I asked her if she could page someone in appliances. I stood there for about 3-5 mins no one came. Then I was trying to tell her no one came…she was walking down the aisle and turned abruptly and said “They are coming baby” very rude like I was bothering her. I don’t know if I’ll recommend this Lowe’s.

Almost $5,000 for a patio door and here we are six months in and two doors later and it doesn’t open/close. I’ve had patience and tried resolution.
Horrible communication and lack of concern to make it right. Go elsewhere.
You responding to me to call customer service? Really?? You don’t think I’ve done that through this entire process multiple
times???

I shopped at Lowe's to get all my appliances that I need. I have bought a refrigerator there I have bought a washer machine there. I am soon to buy a dishwasher there.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean. My husband always sends me for obscure plumbing parts, electrical parts, hardware, etc. It's sometimes hard to find someone to help me, but it has gotten better. Great selection of appliances, plants, lights and more.

Had to go to Hixson Lowe's because Cleveland was out of what I needed. Hixson was a mess! They sent me to 4 different locations just to pick up my online order. I was going on circles! They need to get out together! Nobody has time for that. I spent over 1 hour there just to pick up 1 online order. Not cool!

I like Lowe's I'm looking for a washer and dryer set and this was the first place I thought to begin my search. They have a large selection of any type of home improvement items.

I placed an online order to be picked up. My son picked up my order, which was 12 50 lbs bags of concrete. My contractor started within 2 hours of my son arriving home with the concrete. 1 bag was over 1/2 hard, and 3 other bags had big chunks of hard concrete. The Lowe's worker should have known that the bags were damaged before loading them in my son's SUV. I would have given a 5 star because I love Lowe's and never had any issues with them. But with the issues with my concrete, it held my contractor up and caused the work to be completed real late that night. He had to go and pick up more bags to replace the damaged ones until I could take them back the next morning.

After about 10 minutes waiting for help after pushing the service button on Isle 29 I requested help from the service desk. After waiting another 10 minutes I requested help at the service desk again for the second time and waited another 15 minutes (total 35 minutes) before I decided you really didn't want to sell the weedeater after all so we left to shop Home Depot and Ace.
