The Chattanooga store would have about a 4 rating but the delivery company they use, Riverstone Logistics, is absolutely horrible. We ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe’s to be delivered to the apartment we are moving our daughter into for college. We were given the delivery window and they showed up at the entrance to her apartment. I know this because I saw them. They never came to the door and eventually LEFT. It took a good 20 mins to get anyone in customer service to talk to. They were very helpful but their hands were tied because Riverstone Logistics sucks so bad. Now I have to pay for another night at the hotel to POSSIBLY get the washer and dryer delivered the next day. I was given no assurances from river stone it would be delivered. Now my daughter may not have a washer and dryer to m time for classes to start. I strongly recommend not purchasing appliances from the Lowe’s in Chattanooga until they quit using Riverstone Logistics.

Being on the phone all day trying to find out if my Window shades have come in Put me on hold for over an hour each time. Still, Have not talked to anyone been trying All day.
They were supposed to be in on the 26th of May. Just want to know if you're in the store. That's all I need to know. This is ridiculous..

The website listed their Inventory at four (4). Unfortunately two store associates were unable to successfully use their hand held inventory device to locate even one. Really sad customer service experience.

Mom and I went to pick out flowers for Mothers Day. They had a good selection. Spent a bit more than we wanted to. They also have a decent variety in the clearance section eight outside the gates of the patio. They just need a little extra TLC.

We needed a new fridge & came to Lowe’s. Darrell was extremely helpful and stuck with us through looking at a dozen models. We were impressed with the number of choices, the sale prices and quick delivery available—because they have good stock. We had initially intended to shop at a locally-owned store instead of a big box store, but they closed at 1. (And they never have this many choices.) So pleased that we got personal service, many choices that met our wish list—in short, small town service at a big box store and pricing!

Less than one star. STAY AWAY!!!!!! SCAM SCAM
Do not EVER give them your business. I bought a dishwasher and paid for delivery and install. The installers caused major damage to the cabinet while installing. Lowes took no responsibility, refused to fix the damage or refund the install charge. I was supposed to receive a call back from a member of management. They did not ever call back. Every member of management was in an all-day meeting when I reached out again. Absolute TRASH company!
