Billy did an excellent job. He was thorough in his explanation and direction for use of equipment. He was patient and showed empathy and compassion for the situation. He was friendly and made it an enjoyable experience.

Overall, I found the company very helpful and easy to work with. My only complaint was a slight misspelling of my last name within Lincare’s patient portal.
