My wife and I visited here on Friday 8/16/24 as a planned rest stop on our way through this part of the country. Since it was back to school weekend, the owners were covering shifts and we got a chance to visit with them. This is a wonderful store with a great selection and a friendly atmosphere. This wasn't our first visit and won't be our last. Keep up the great work!

Poor customer service.
I bought a shorts for my son which was very small. I returned to the store 15 minutes later and asked to exchange it for a bigger size. The lady at the front desk was rude and told me that they wouldn’t exchange the merchandise due to the store’s policy. I had to buy a second shorts. Disappointed!!!

Such a cool store with the nicest staff! We had the chance to chat with the owner, who explained that this is a small locally owned business, one of very few licensed to sell Life Is Good merch. Swing by and get your Chattanooga souvenirs here!

This place is a gem and I highly recommend this store to everyone! I was visiting from out of town and was drawn to the 'Life is Good' message. The owners Roy and Jacqui were incredibly helpful and fun to talk to, as was the lady that helped me at checkout. I was especially excited to find a funny white cotton t-shirt that wasn't see through - this is a really rare find in female fashion these days. It was also easy to find gifts for my friends and family, because there were plenty of options that appealed to everyone. I felt really good shopping here, because the story behind the Life is Good brand really speaks to me, they carry only high quality products, and I am happy to support a true mom and pop shop run by amazing people.

I love life is good shirts and this store is awesome. They have a great assortment (they even have Chattanooga, Life is Good shirts) and the people that work there are so friendly and helpful. The customer service was top notch!! I highly recommend this store.

I stumbled upon this store while on a work trip in Chattanooga. They have an awesome selection, friendly staff and their customer service is above and beyond!! To no fault of the store, their internet went down and had to call the owner to assist with running the transaction (which took no extra time hardly - and things happen!!) well after I left, the store clerk found me at a local nearby restaurant and gave me two super cute tumblers for having to wait. Not only did this make day, I’m blown away at how thoughtful!! And to take the time to locate me (the clerk did recommend a nearby restaurant so she knew where to find me!) I’m in awe at this kind gesture. Just a friendly reminder to support local businesses! I will return when I’m back in the area!

Stopped in to check out the sale section. Cute merchandise and a wide variety of sizes. It's locally owned, and you can order online! Roy, the owner, was super friendly.
