DO NOT GO WITH THEM. We bundled our house, car, side by side and motorcycle insurance with them. We moved to a different house and found cheaper insurance and we went to cancel it all but told us we could only cancel our side by side insurance if we sold it. We ended up selling it and they said we still have to pay our monthly payment even if we sold it. They are a scam. If I could give negative stars I would

The worst insurance to have for anything. After having this company since 2013 and NEVER filing a claim, the one time we actually needed to use it, we get ignored and told the same BS through and through. Trying to talk to these people about the policy holder passing away and getting it moved over to someone new is like pulling teeth with a wrench and no anesthesia. I was a customer with Liberty Mutal for years. I had the home and auto bundle. A major storm came through and damaged our roof. Almost everyone in my neighborhood needed a new roof or repairs. I filed a claim, and it was denied, claiming wear and tear. Liberty Mutual had just came out the year before and said I had 5 to 10 years of use left on my roof. After the storm the excuse was that the roof was old. Everyone else got new roofs through their insurance carriers except for us. The roofer even said that Liberty Mutual hardly ever pays out. I dropped them from my homeowners but kept the auto insurance. I called them in September to get a lower rate on the auto insurance. It was lower by a few dollars. I called a competitor and got the same insurance coverage $100 cheaper. I had just paid my bill with Liberty Mutual. I called to cancel the policy siting that I had gone with a different company. Liberty Mutual is only giving me a 25-cent refund! I just paid them $253 for one month of insurance in advance, it came directly from my bank account. Liberty Mutual says that I pay in rears not in advance. I paid a month ahead when we started. How is it that now I pay in rears? What insurance company lets you pay what you are currently using? They don't, it's paid in advance. They are keeping my money instead of doing the right thing and refunding it. Thats how they treat a loyal customer. Do not use Liberty Mutual, save yourself the headache. Glad to be done with them. Keep the quarter, you need it more than I do.

Chris was incredibly helpful. As a first time home buyer, jumping through the hoops to get your first home is an intimidating task, but Chris made the insurance aspect a breeze to work through. whenever i have a question or need some insurance advice I reach out to Chris and he gets me directed each time. When we were doing new construction he got us on track with someone that handled that type of insurance. When the tornado came thru a few years ago he guided us on what to do.

Shawn and his team are amazing. I was with USAA for many years, and while the rates were a little high, the customer service was sogood. But Shawn showed me a way to keep the same coverage but save almost 50%!.
