The experience was most excellent. We already knew what we wanted and had priced out similar cars. So we might be an easy customer. My sales person was fabulous.
Originally, I was interested in the standard ES350. But after seeing the features and benefits of the Ultra technology we wanted it.
Michael Platt is a grounded salesman. Lexus sells itself and he knows it. He’s very helpful and accommodating in the sales service process. The car is awesome. Not a pain in the neck process.
The closing was fast and quick.
I’d recommend Michael and Lexus of Chattanooga.They sell a great brand and are easy to do business with. I trust the service component is equally as good.
Also - I had a few issues with the car that really wasnt their issues. But they took care of it with a great attitude of dedication to the brand.
There are 5 Lexus cars in our family. And these are the why......call out to Josh Halterman for going beyond my expectations! Thank-you!

Lexus of Chattanooga provides an incredible car buying experience. There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with not only the car, but the way the staff made me feel while I was there. Each person I came across was engaging, knowledgable & seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. Michael Platt, Justin Hendrick, Madison Messer and Allie McKamey went above & beyond. They even left a dog sitting recommendation for me because they know I a new to TN!!

Good morning Mr. Emerson General Manager, Lexus Chattanooga,
I purchased my 2024 Lexus es300h in December 2023 and very pleased to express my gratitude to all your staff, especially Mark Bales.
On August 5th my 5K inspection was due with Andrea Mashburn and sounded very promising. She called a few days prior and seemed excited about a greet and meet @ 11:15. I arrived 11:10 which Andrea wasn't available as she had a customer. I waited 20 minutes and still not available. I asked if someone else could service me as I had a church meeting coming up by 12:30. They said I would have to wait for only for Andrea. Then her greetings were very arrogant with no apology other than I had a customer. Her communication skills were a failure. In Corporate myself for 30+ years, I would have assigned someone else immediately. Then she states "I'll have your vechile ready 12:15 to attend 12:30 church meeting". Finally @ 12:25 just "sign here with no apologies". This was a very unpleasant experience. As per correspondence with Mr Ed Emerson the General Mgr. I do not want any future appts with her and to assign a new service rep. 'Service Excellence' should be Lexus goal for all their customers.

I had great new car experience with Lexus of Chattanooga. From first contact with Madison Messer and subsequent dealings with DeCoda Williams, my experience was positive all the way. The customer service was rushed. I had an appointment at 1 pm and texted Mike W. that I would be arriving before 1:30. When I got there, two older people were being waited on instead of waiting on me. I had to wait for 2 hours. The people there before me were Caucasian; I'm African American. I'm not implying racism, but they were waited on first when I thought I had an appointment. I watched Mike W. treat them exceptionally well, showing them all the techs and providing exceptional services. However, when it came to me, he rushed me, carelessly put the wrong VIN on the certification, and showed me the carfax from some other Lexus. Being a female, I put all my trust in these guys, hoping they would do me right, but they were wrong.
Throughout, I was led to believe I was purchasing a 2021 Lexus when it wasn't. They even sent the wrong year/ model information to my credit union, which is false data. They sold me a car with the incorrect L cert VIN, the wrong year, and who knows what else. I had an uneasy feeling from the start because I felt rushed by Josiah in financing. It was an awful experience. If I hadn't noticed those errors, and thanks to my loan officer's help, I would have been digging myself out of a huge hole if something had happened, god forbid, an accident or a maintenance issue. This would have caused me money and pain in the future. I will say after expressing my concerns to Rob (I believe that is his name), the financing manager, and pointing out the errors that Mike W and Josiah made, he then nicely told me that I could return the car. This lesson should be learned for these young men: slow down and treat everyone with the same integrity. Do not choose who you want to deliver the best service to. Now, I'm left in the market again, searching for a vehicle.
