Tried to charge me almost $1,200 for services not needed after specifically stating three different times that “I just need an oil change, do not try to bill me for anything else.” Took them 2 DAYS (dropped off on a Monday around 11am and picked up Wed at 11 am) to do an oil change after scheduling the service 3-4 days in advance. After confronting the service manager over the phone, they dropped their price to $600. After asking them “are you serious? $600 for an oil change?!?!? They said “oh we are sorry about we messed up again” and they still charged me almost $300 oil change for an F450. When showing up onsite to pick up my truck and make payment, they asked me “if everything was ok and I said “absolutely not and they should be ashamed of how they were price gouging while playing dumb after being caught”…they literally started yelling at me and told me “if I had a problem then I should go talk to their manager” … I simply stated, don’t tell me what to do and I just want to pay and get my vehicle and leave. They (Blake and Service Manager) literally started yelling at me and held my truck hostage. I stated over and over that I just need to pay and I want my truck back. The service manager then started yelling at the other Lee Smith employee named Blake to go outside to calm down. Then the service manager proceeded to run my credit card for the wrong amount and then I had to wait another 20 min for the manager to call the accounting department to fix their mistake. After that, they proceeded to park my truck 3-4 football lengths away in a loose gravel dusty parking lot. After arriving to my freshly detailed truck, I found my truck covered in dust with dusty footprints all over the floor mats. I have never left a review like this b/c I understand mistakes happen but this experience had to be noted. I will also add, the last time I brought my truck here they tried similar “up sale tactics” after specifically stating “I only want an oil change”. Altjough I had issues last time, I never took time to share. However, after this experience though, I had to make time to share this post to help make others aware of this service department’s predatory tactics. Shame on them and hope this saves someone from getting ripped off.

The repair of my truck was completed in a timely manner and delivered in the time frame I was told. the truck was delivered back to me clean and performed as it did when new.

Meet good service sales people Blake and Kyandai knowledgeable who assisted me realized my truck had been tampered with dpf system.
Lee Smith has great servise and repairs had it not been for them would have leaving with a lemon truck

I've done a lot of work with Lee Smith over the past couple of months and have been very satisfied. Their turn times are great, communication is great, and repairs last. Kyndal and Blake are always very transparent and helpful with what is going on with our units. Great staff and great work, I would highly recommend
