Kristal chick's were overcooked. I couldn't even eat them. Food was thrown together very sloppy. Absolutely a waste of money.

Krystal has gotten unreasonably high. I’ve never paid $15 for a meal here. On top of that they’re giving less. On two separate occasions I ordered a large tot and large fry, respectively, and they’re not large. I’ll post pics. Atp, it’s scamming and I won’t be back.

i wish i could give NEGATIVE stars. the meat on my krystals were burnt and hard as a rock. HOW in the HELL is a steamed burger burnt? I will never go back to this location, i might never go to krystal ever again, they obviously do not care of about customer service or quality.

It’s a very slow early Saturday morning around and I decided to swing through around 7:30am. I waited roughly 5-7 minutes for my order. I was the only one there. I thought waiting longer meant I’d have better, fresher, food. I was wrong. Krystal sunrisers were horrible. The sausage on them seemed like they were 3 days old and had been reheated 14 times. Dry, hard, crunchy, hockey pucks. I don’t recommend going when it isn’t busy. I’m sure what I was served was days old.

Customer service was 10/10! They were super busy, but still quick, yummy and kind! The lady that helped us was wearing a bingo shirt and she was so friendly and such a joy to be around!

super busy but excellent service quality food made with care even while going at break neck speeds they still serve with dignity and pride. I will be back and you should too. Be patient with these good people. OUR fellow American essential workers doing the tough job WELL, they deserve our respect and gratitude.

I'm allergic to pickles and I asked for 2 krystals without pickles. I get half way home and took a bite of one of the krystals and sure enough there was pickles on both burgers. It upset me greatly because I'm allergic. Very bad customer service! What is going on with all the Krystal restaurants? The one in Soddy-Daisy, really do not care about customer service, making sure the food is fresh and correct. I tried to give them 3 chances to get my order to me correctly. I'm convinced they just do not care. I wouldn't recommend this Krystal's on Dayton Pike in Soddy-Daisy. ??????????
