Kristy and her staff is very nice, professional and knowledgeable about their insurance. I switched over to Allstate and I couldn’t be happier. They try their best to get you the best quote available.I’m saving over $100 a month now.

This agency cancelled my entire policy by mistake after I called to delete one of three vehicles that I no longer owned. By the time I found out my insurance was canceled it had been over a month (my plan was on auto pay, I found out after I was looking for my updated card). I was told that I would have to pay for a higher premium because of a laps in coverage. They discovered they were wrong in canceling my policy. (they had a voice recording of the conversation) I've had many frustrating conversations with Allstate. They did not correct everything back to what it was and my policy doubled because of their mistake.

I switched from Nationwide to Allstate last year. Everyone I have had contact with at the agency has been very helpful, especially Ken Mara. He made my transition smooth and problem free. Thank you Ken.

Kristy and Hannah have been fabulous in helping me get multiple different policies established. I have spent countless hours speaking with different insurance agents and brokers trying to find the best coverage and best prices for homeowners, landlord, and auto policies. Both ladies have been so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I definitely think there is something to be said for local insurance offices and the level of customer service being a cut above the rest. This office has certainly exceeded my expectations in that regard. When you have that level of customer service AND the best rates, the decision becomes obvious :) thank you, ladies!

After fifty plus years as an Allstate Client, I am extremely happy with the care Kristy Higgins Office is now bringing to me. A MUCH-appreciated employee is Hannah, as she has dealt with much input on a wreck I had in Knoxville, Tennessee. You never know when you will need a hands on agent, and I am very satisfied with all my needs being addressed for a very, very, very, long time with this agency.
