the lady that was working around 12 pm on 10/12/23 with the blonde hair was so amazingly nice and helpful. she let me return a very large lamp and take the floor model. i didn’t catch her name but hopefully she gets the recognition and praise she deserves.

Spent $700 on a TV stand that was broken. As I was putting it in my truck, we heard what sounded like shattered glass rolling around. The old lady who worked there (the only employee at the store at the time) said it was just the hardware. I got it home and the center glass was shattered. I called her and asked if I could just replace the glass. "No. You'll have to return the entire thing." She said, "I'll have to give you the display model because the only other one is likely broken too. And I close at 7 so if you're not here by then, too bad." It was around 6pm. I get back and she's changed her mind and wants to give me one in a box. She opens the box to make sure the glass isn't broken. Several times in our exchange she implied I had broken the glass, saying things like, "it wasn't broken when you left" and "are you sure you didn't drop it? It didn't sound like that when you left." She was insufferable. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. She claimed she spoke to her manager about just replacing the glass or just replacing the door. Idk if she actually did or didn't, but if she did and the manager actually was the one who made me load the whole thing back up to return it, she's just as incompetent as the old lady.

I used to be willing to travel 45 minutes to shop here, but that won’t be happening after today’s experience. My interaction with what may have been a manager was less than professional for someone who shouldn’t be completely ignorant of what customer service should look like. Completely rude in her mannerisms and speech, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I recently had a family have a very similar experience, probably the same woman. Clearly didn’t just catch her on a bad day.

Was told Christmas items were 75 percent off. after driving a hour and a half was informed they were only 25 percent off. Definitely will not return to this store. Employee’s definitely not good with customer service.

Staff is very rude, especially Kim. Customer service is still needed especially in retail. Kirklands please train your staff.

Came in last week to purchase some items for my wife, wasn't sure what to get and the manager was EXTREMELY helpful and supportive! Both the manager and assistant manager are AMAZING, Kirkland's is fortunate to have such personable professionals running this location! If others find this store rude, the issue is clearly with them, NOT the store.

Had to return an item over the weekend and the managers were extremely helpful! The order was incorrectly filled by Kirkland's but hey, everyone's human. They were apologetic, owned the problem and were able to correct it to satisfaction. Management team there are TRULY top-notch!

Will not shop at this location again. Horrible customer service first on the phone when checking on an order placed 2 weeks earlier. Your not training your employees that’s obvious. Second when I do finally get to pick up my order. And yes the manager was just as rude!⭐️-
