We just purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. Our sales person was Brandee Toche. It has been the best sales experience we have ever had and we have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years. We did not feel pressured and she immediately put us at ease. Buying a car is stressful but not with Brandee. If there was something that she didn’t know she immediately got the answer for us. We LOVED her!!! If we need another car in the future we will be going back and asking for her again.

I cannot give enough stars for John! We were looking at 3 cars and didn’t even go see the other 2 because he sold us on the Outback Onyx XT in a few minutes! This car is exceptional and John was even cooler!! Y’all go see John and get an amazing deal, you will not regret it at all!!!! I wish I could give 100000 stars to John. He is the coolest car salesman I’ve ever met ?

Kiana Brusett was our sales associate. She was very patient with us. It took a long time (on our end) to complete the deal. She never gave up. Answered many questions over a long span. She worked tirelessly to help us. Also, a special mention to general manager Keith Aviles, for whom helped as well. If buying a new Subaru, give her a chance. I know you won’t be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about our car buying experience yesterday. Usually car buying is a task I dread, but our salesperson, Kaley W, made it so easy, and effortless. She was kind, easy to work with & so personable. I will definitely be recommending this dealership along with Kaley to anyone I come across that’s looking to get a new car. They are lucky to have her a part of their team!

I can highly recommend Ron Kwiatkowski. He was personable, accommodating, knowledgeable, but never pushy or condescending - which seems always to be a hazard when you’re a single woman buying a car. I visited literally every car dealer/brand in the area and he was, by far, the most helpful and refreshing salesperson I met. He certainly earned my business and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. Thanks Ron!!!

I came in and test drove an Outback. The salesperson Marcy was really helpful and knowledgeable about the outback and other cars that peaked my interest. Unfortunately my hubby decided on a different car at a different dealership bur I would recommend crown and Marcy !!

We purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester Touring on August 30th from Kiana Brusett. She made the entire car buying experience actually enjoyable! She's personality plus, was extremely knowledgeable about the model we were looking at and patiently answered all our many questions. This is our first Subaru and the newest car we've had in a long time so we were totally unfamiliar with all the latest and greatest features of the Forester. Kiana explained everything and showed us how everything worked, so we felt confident when we drove back home in our new car. Thank you so much Kiana and Crown Subaru.

I'm so thankful that Crown now has such a wonderful service department with such nice and helpful people. I've worked with Matt for a long time, and he's always so pleasant to work with. Today , I had the best checkout experience with Melissa. She was so kind and I had such a great customer service experience! Now, I don't dread bringing my cars in for service ! Thank you, Crown, for having such a great team of customer service representatives!

I just took my daughter's car in for service, the service department, and tech that helped me, I can't applaud more. Super friendly, explained everything, and stayed in contact throughout the process. Chris Denney was a true professional, and I can't be happier with his professionalism. I'm a 21-year disabled veteran, and he provided excellent help. He deserves high praise for all his help with my daughter's car. Heck, the whole department deserves praise for taking care of my youngest daughters car through the warranty process. I can't thank you enough for getting her car back on the road. True professionals. ?

I purchased an Outback from here last week and it was by far the easiest and most efficient car buying process I have ever experienced. Kaley Wahlers was a fantastic salesperson. She went above and beyond to help me do everything remotely so that when I arrived we only had to sign paperwork. Kaley was very knowledgeable regarding the different models and features. 10/10 recommend.
