Rudest rudest rudest employee ever… RUDE! Zero stars to this extremely rude employee that won’t let a customer wanting toPurchase $50 of gas and likely would have purchased a bottle Starbucks drinks and snacks and use a restroom ahead of a long trip —-all because management won’t allow the restroom to be used on that shift y’all are awful.I was gonna spend $50 cash here in gas to fill up My Honda Accord and travel 4 hours home.. I took my business elsewhere, good job to the Rude Nasty Circle K Employee. Y’all need to give this chick some customer service training… big time! And so rude she was ashamed to even wear her unprofessional rude name tag! Good job circle K

I didn't think corporate gas stations were allowed to discriminate against two can and cannot go to the bathroom.... ... The manager at this store told me and my daughter that they weren't going to be open... She's lucky I didn't let my four year old daughter pee in the floor... I would have but the way she was treating the other employees she would have just made them clean it up... I'm assuming the managers are the ones in the black shirts... Your manager at this store this morning was rude and not helpful at all. ... It's one thing if they were broken or out of order... It's another thing if you're just tired of dealing with people and don't want to clean up after them (which.. no.. you shouldn't have too..)but famm..I'm sorry you work in public service get a different job, if it's that terrible.. if I was a visitor needed Chattanooga I would never want to come back this gas station off the main highway tells it all.. .

What's the point in having public restrooms when your employees are to lazy to clean them. Better yet what's the point in having employees ? Close off these bathrooms for good if they are not accessible to the public or post signs saying no restroom avoid this gas station like the plague completely unfriendly service as well.

The bathrooms were both closed due to somebody snapping the key off in one of the doors, but there wasn't any sort of sign posted to tell you such.

Sorry, sorry place. No food prepared and the old fat, grumpy lady seemed mad at me for her having to take my money for gas. I'll never stop there again.

Store was clean and cashier was nice. I rated 4 stars because there is a homeless camp behind building and I wouldn’t stop here at night. Sign showing gas prices was either not working or was off so I am not sure how much gas was a gallon.

After getting gas and using the restroom here, my daughter and I got locked out of my car. Two of the employees here were so kind and helpful! Everything from trying to help me get the key to work on the lock, to letting me use their phone (mine was locked inside), to even giving my 5 year old a cookie to help keep her calm and a smile on her face. I am very grateful to these two! They truly helped to make a tough day for us a little better!

The store clerk was hateful and the service was so bad that i do not know how they survive. I ended up walking out and going to the kangaroo on signal mountain road. Much better than this place

The clerk with braids in a bonnet was rude, disrespectful toward me on March 4, 2021 at 6:50 am. This is a Customer Service job and she did not have a kind personality, or a welcoming attitude

Staff was rude, but at least helpful. I’m just glad I speak fluent sarcasm since that was mostly what they used. I realize everyone has bad days, but don’t take it out on the customer.

Purchased lottery tickets and the cashier ‘Taliyah’ tried for maybe a minute to scan our ticket (small prize, but who cares? Still our money) she said “I don’t know how to type this in the computer” and just handed it back to me while shrugging.. okay then figure it out? Will not be back and will make sure non of my other chatt friends don’t go there either bc that’s straight terrible customer service. What if it had been more of a reward? Not her problem because it’s not her money? Ridiculous.
