JR Isham has totally wrecked my policy. He has added vehicles I don't even own. They tried to autodebit more than 900 dollars from my account. Even after the so called fix my bill went from $270 to $505. After several attempts to have him correct his mistakes today he decided to avoid my calls. I have been with State Farm since 2018, pay my bill on time, have no claims or speeding tickets. HOW DO YOU ADD IMAGINARY VEHICLES TO PEOPLES POLICIES? He did this deliberately or is that much of a moron. I would be ashamed if I was an insurance man and he was the award winner. He does not deserve the one star I had to leave for this review and definetly should not be in control of peoples insurance policies! Yeah it all seemed great at first when he had someone that knew what they were doing.

I haven't added ANTHING, you submitted the 2nd truck which caused the 900 dollar bill. You had to ask me about it. Which just so happened after I had set up autodraft.
My youthful driver has been there since day one.
I was a big fan when you had someone capable of handling insurance policies. She has a raving review on my FB page somewhere. It wasn't until you made a mistake on how much my bill was that I ever got rude ONCE! I never said a word the whole time you fumbled around the 2nd time. Fact is not much has been right since you took my policy over, never believed a word you said

Finally you didn't call me back the first day and avoided me the 2nd I am not answering on the 3rd. Plus you haven't resolved anything at all in 3 months.

I have had State Farm car insurance for the past year and liked it. So I kept it while relocating to Tennessee recently. JR'S team helped me get my account switched over and add some things to my policy. They were quick and very nice.

Have been with State Farm for several years. I recently relocated from out of state, and went looking for a local State Farm Agent. Google reviews pointed to JR Isham, and those reviews aren't wrong.Professional, timely with responses, know their stuff and truly helped me get my new policies transferred and set up properly.10/10 would recommend.

We recently had an issue where there was a discrepancy between us (the homeowners) and claims (State Farm). JR and his team went to bat for us and fought for us to get what we had been previously told we would receive. I can only imagine the exhausting work JR and his team do on a regular basis behind the scenes. Grateful for them...

After being with previous insurer for several years I discovered my agent had moved and when needing questions re: auto coverage I found it difficult to get customer service. I called JR Isham and within 2 hours made the decision to change over to State Farm. I also switched our homeowner policy. Good job guys.

If you are looking for a insurance rep that will give you 100% JR is who you are looking for. He has done more for me in the last 3 months then my previous rep did for me in the 10 yrs I was with her. JR is hands on, he will save you anything he can and give it to you straight, it feels great to deal with a insurance rep instead of receptionist (his receptionist is a gem too lol).

I spoke with Dalton and he was very kind and helpful and helped make the process of getting auto insurance very easy. He was very up front and transparent and was able to effectively communicate all the relevant information in a way that made it easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Dalton to anyone!
