I called this company to tow my car to a mechanic shop around 10AM, same day. They sent out someone within an hour.Mr. Mike was very nice and quick and gentle. He loaded my car, took my payment, and transported my car within the next 30-45 minutes.Now, only one con: the shop location was only 15 minutes away in Harrison County. I was charged $95, since it’s their flat rate fee to transport to Harrison. I assume that if I sent my car to a Chattanooga mechanic (w/ the same or further location), the rate would be lower. I didn’t too much like that since 15 minutes away isn’t far, but it is what it is.Mike ran my card after he loaded my car with ease. Just a fast and awesome experience. Thank you all so much.
