Toooooo the salon!!!!! This mama was so overwhelmed with the hair. Start to end started out with 3 people on her head then two ladies tag-teamed the mission. They came up with a plan and got started. Thank God for them. Ms.Stephanie & Ms.KeKe, thank you both for taking the time to help me with my baby hair. No matter what clients were in line you all made sure that my daughter was just as important from start to finish. I didn't feel like I was being put off on you while I was dealing with you two. Thank you for attempting the tasking and coming thru. But the first stylist we booked was so overwhelmed and didn't even bother to try and learn. It like oh yall doing this ok next client. He needs to calm down it will be ok. And also it is sooooooo inappropriate for him to be walking around showing his thong. Get a smaller thong or high waisted pants. My daughter and I cracked up about it but still. Anyhow. Shouts out to Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Keke I thank you all soo much. I shall return but after calling instead of booking online.. I was in a crunch trying to get a back to school cut for my daughter. They answered the phone when we were in the parking lot and said they said they could get her in without a wait right then. Jennifer brought us straight back and took care of us in an efficient manner. She listen to what I wanted as a parent while including my daughter in the conversation. Best of all kids cuts were on sale for $12 today. Yay!Service: Haircut

When thinking about hair salons, one would not immediately think of JC Penney. For me, it’s where I buy all of my curtains and bedding and awesome home decor. When looking for a new hair salon, I happened to recall seeing theirs and on a whim stopped by. I am so glad I did and met an awesome stylist, Jennifer! She squeezed me in as a walk in and did so very cheerily. Her professionalism was immediately apparent. Us women know it’s going to be a great cut when they take time to assess the hair before they even start a shampoo. And the shampoo was so relaxing as she took her time to massage the scalp. After the cut, she did a preliminary dry and had me assess before she styled. I had never had anyone do that before, and was so impressed with her skills. The price for shampoo, cut and style was $40. If you are a new client you receive a 20% discount. Their stock of hair products was amazing as well with many great sales. Give Jennifer a call and you will be very pleased.

First, I kept getting hung up on. Then whomever answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and not helpful. And hung up again after i asked if they excepted walkins...she said "yes but we all busy". And hung up. This was today. She didn't even allow me to ask for an appointment. I've been going to this salon for over 10 years and this is the worse treatment I've ever had. Some of the new staff meed training or need not answer the phone.Service: Hairstyling

Today is July 9th, 2021. I placed an order with JCPenney.com (order #2021-1354-1142-6971), "BARCODE #2021135411426971" JCPenney received my order # 2021-1354-1142-6971 placed on May 15, 2021 at 11:13 PM CST, and processed it.
[email protected] Sun 16-May-21 12:13 AM. I have NOT received 16 items, I have been calling customer service, and writing to them since I placed this order. Per tracking info; my order seems to be at a holding place. I have told them I no longer want this order, because it is not worth this aggravation. Cassandra in the TN Salon did a terrific job and fixed up a previous bad cut. I recommend her. However, although I had booked two weeks in advance and even re-confirmed and was there at store opening, she was already cutting someone else's hair at my appt time and I was told my appt did not exist. They eventually found it. The app apparently allows several people to book for the same hair stylist and just pushes over the original appointments where they will not be seen. The Salon seems to also allow individuals to arrive for service before store opening.All the other hair stylists were without appointments. It's pretty ridiculous that they had to double-book for Cassandra, the ONLY hair stylist who had an 11 am appt with me. I will not be using the JC Penney salon again.
