We have taken several devices to Oops and got incredible service at fair prices. My favorite part of the Oops experience is their clarity. If I bring in junk I hear the truth. My second favorite part is their engaging friendliness, so rare in today's businesses. Which brings me to my third favorite part of going to Oops, which is they give realistic time lines. If it's a week it's a week. If they can do it overnight, they will tell you. Oops is five stars all day every day.

Thought my usb-c port was on the fritz but was pleasantly surprised when they cleaned it out and got it to read a charge. Didn't cost me a dime, either. Just cost me some of my time, which I would happily spend there again!

We showed up just as the owner was walking out the door, he looked at our phone and said he’d be right back. Minutes later he returned with our fixed phone no charge. Gave him a tip because he could easily have said I’m going to lunch. Great service!!!

So do you not owe me a refund of $21 plus tax?
Within 15 minutes you refunded the difference.
