Called to get a price check on the battery the guy name Tim, very rude no bedside manners , I believe since he was the one that answered the phone he had to install my battery my other guy was a little bit more customer service friendly, after the installation I thanked him, he said nothing, just looked at me and walked away, definitely hope his day get better because based on the reviews seems to be a good experience, hopefully my battery is great and I don’t have to go back any time soon.

I needed a hard to find battery for my BMW. I was able to walk in with my core, and I walked out with a replacement battery in a matter of minutes. The prices were good, and the people working there are very helpful. They only sell the batteries as they are the distributor. They do not install them. If you must have it installed, then you need to take some tool and install it yourself, or go to a place where you can purchase a battery and have them install it for you.

I have always had interstate batteries installed in my cars. I recently moved to Chattanooga and decided I needed one replaced. I looked up the dealership on Creek Rd. Had to jumpstart the car to get there and made it no problem. Go in and tell them which battery I need installed and they say " we only sell bateries we dont install. " Whats the purpose of selling a battery if your not gonna install. Advance auto parts and Oreillys does both gladly . I would not advise this place based on my experience. Waste of time!

Truly the "top of the line in service, and professional leadership." Problem solved in 30 minutes on a 13 month old battery. ( Unlike National Tire and Battery; who did absolutely NOTHING TO HELP. DAN AND CREW ARE AMAZING. NTB..not the Eastgate Store in Chattanooga.

It's a long way from Flintstone GA. but I have a Toyota. Everybody knows that Interstate Battery and Toyota go together like peanut butter and jelly. I called to make sure they had a MTP 24F with 30 Month Replacement 72 month Pro Rate Warranty in stock. The knowledge staff at the Interstate Battery Distributor were courteous and concise.
