Wow, this place was super awesome. What a fantastic selection of everything interior. They gave us a tour of the warehouse as well, and was so impressed with the amount of stock they had and many of the things you can get from them I would highly recommend this place.

Dexter Rippy was yet again awesome! Had everything we needed and ordered what they didn't to arrive on Monday, today is Friday. This is our second visit and wished we would of found this place long ago! You cannot beat their prices, very affordable. Dexter has went above and beyond for us. He has explained everything we would need and been very helpful.

Called and lady answered phone was rude, just say you do not have a referral instead of’ “ everyone we could refer to you would be 6 months out” do not let Karen answer the phone. (Google “a Karen”)

These are nice folks with lots of knowledge and quality products. They also understand budgets and will help you find what you need at a price you can afford. Dexter took really good care of me.

The products they have are fantastic. Sincerely do recommend them for that. Whatever you don't use, you can bring it back and get refunded. That's a plus.However, not all of their salespeople are helpful nor seemed to care. They forget to ask you questions about the installation and recommend parts you may need for the project. They forgot to mention we may need an anchor for our balusters. I called our sales rep, and haven't received a call back yet...When we would call to ask if our parts were in, they would say yes. We'd drive to go pick them up, just to realize not all the parts were there. We went out there on three different occasions. Our sales rep also didn't have the correct handrails we ordered or the amount we needed. They also gave us a gooseneck for the wrong handrail, and they don't carry any other goosenecks that would match. It's been a huge headache for us.If you're going to use them, select a sales rep who clearly wants to be helpful and knows what they're talking about.

Josh Jones has bent over backwards on my project and given me expert advise and counciling on both materials and applications. I can not speak highly enough of there friendly staff and competence in a definite time of uncertainty for all the trades. I would highly recommend!

I went there to buy a front door but no one would help me. They were all sitting in their offices which have clear glass so they saw me but no one wanted to help me.
