I made an 11:00 appointment to have a software upgrade completed on my 2024 Buick. This upgrade was due to a recall. I was at the dealership service center on time and was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later, they finally took it back into the shop. what was the point of making an appointment? To make things worse, I told them that I would be waiting on my vehicle. You can only browse through your cell phone or watch the Hallmark channel playing in the customer lounge area for so long. All "humor" aside, it took a total of ten minutes to complete the update. I am very disappointed with the service received at the service department and will not be bringing my vehicle here again for any type of service. If I had been given an option for a negative "star" rating, I would have done so but unfortunately it does not offer anything below a one star.

Car came in the morning, problem was diagnosed in about an hour or two, notified of said problems (agreed to fix), and I picked it up later that day (around 3:30ish time frame). Check-out was quick and easy, car runs wonderfully. It's the dealership, so prices are higher than DYI or local mechanic, but thats to be expected. My particular problem was with the computer (with other things, and I wanted to done right the first time). Cannot be happier with the service and speed which it was done. Thank you

A couple weekends ago I unexpectedly was stuck on a mountain in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire. Not having my wheel lock, I was defeated and there was nothing I could’ve done to change the spare.Charlie was trying to be as helpful as he could as this happened over the weekend and all technicians were not available. Even though charlie works in the sales department he was able to send out a key a couples hours away to meet me and was very helpful with communicating. He was able to help me make decisions on what was best for my vehicle when a new tire is needed along with other service.This experience itself has proved the integrity and care of the dealership and the fitting of the name. It is not just to sell off a vehicle, they genuinely care.I’ve also purchased my vehicle from here 6 years ago and would recommend anyone to purchase their vehicle from here.

Karen was wonderful. And after the transaction was complete she texted and made sure I had no questions with anything, I have purchased lots of cars and never had a salesman call the next day. This is beyond good salesmanship!And on top of that another salesman helped put our car seat back in thank you to him too.( David )

My husband and I order a truck the way we wanted it, after four months of waiting it came in. The day we went in the dealership to get a grand total cost for the truck wanted to pay in one lump some, NO FINANCING . He said he needed to start the paperwork later found out it was finance I asked about that and the salesman that way they do things, but we 45 days to paid it off before the financing starts . Just before leaving my husband notice some thing missing off the truck the most important was the running boards FIRST the salesman said he didnt think that we order them, He checked the build sheet and yes we did he not sure why the truck didnt have them but he could order us some and have them put on, At our cost because if they was not put on the truck we didnt pay for them. We also order remote stated didnt get that ever. when we asked the salesman he said that was a optional item, we knew that we would have to pay extra. once again they could be put on, I left the dealership very upset and unhappy We feel the salesman Jorden should have listen to us and been more honest with us . Later we was checking to see where go pay off the truck off to find we have to MAIL IT IN no local place to go and pay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

This is By Far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The most common thing is to be forced to buy or accept whatever dealerships offer and Integrity Chevrolet sincerely listed to the things that are most important to me and Our family and went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable and enjoyable and we will continue to do business with them for our service needs and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently was in need of a truck asap since my old truck was broke down. Daniel Lowe and the team at Intergrity were great to deal with. Daniel called about 4pm the same day I called and inquired about a truck they had just recently got in and by 7pm I was back on the road with my new truck. The urgency and willingness to stay late and get the deal done to help me get on the road again was amazing from the whole team. I highly recommend giving Daniel and Integrity a shot at your next new or used purchase.

Very quick process! Ken was great to work with and wasn’t pushy like typical salesmen. They had a good inventory and I got exactly what i wanted. I was in and out of there (traded in a used vehicle for a new one) in less than 40 minutes. Very competitive interest rates, too. Definitely would recommend!

Mr. Louis in automotive and Steven Coleman in sales were amazing this morning. They both were extremely helpful and are always courteous and professional. I don’t even know where to start. I dropped my truck off on a Monday morning at 7:30 with my service advisor Eric. He was a complete jerk from the start and every word that comes out of mouth is a lie. I called on Wednesday to check on the truck and he assured me that it had been diagnosed and that the parts had been ordered. I called again on Thursday and he said that it actually had not even been looked be at yet which was very frustrating considering that I had to make special arrangements to bring it in four days prior. They ended up not looking at it and getting the parts until the following Monday, needless to say they had it 11 days with little to no communication. I understand that places get behind but that is no excuse to be rude to your customers… now here’s where I started to get mad. I went to the dealership to pick it up the day they called and said it was ready and when I got there and the truck did not start because they had left my radio on and killed the battery, I was very understanding though and I was alrighty with them jumping it and sending me on my way. I stopped at the gas station and it died again and I ended up walking back to the dealership. I spoke with Eric and he pretty much told me that there was nothing that they could do about it and that even though it wasn’t like that when I took it there they would not give me a new battery. He told me I would have to talk with someone else who just so conveniently happened to not be there that day. I went to the highest guy up o could find and told him what was going on and he offered that I could just leave my truck and they would put a new battery in it but I would have to pay for it. I told him the same story and that it was a new battery when I brought it there 11 days ago. He sent someone to boost it and then after a lot of heavy words and negotiation they said they would cover it and to pull up to the garage door. I pulled over there and no one would help me and I asked Eric what I needed to do and all he said was that someone would get to it eventually and I understand that however they stretched a 15 minute interaction into a 2 hour or deal. All of the technicians were very nice and I got along with them very well, however Eric does not know how to do his job, deal with people, show compassion, or be honest at all. He completely ruined my experience here and was an absolute jerk throughout the process. I also heard from several of the technicians that he treats them the exact same way and that they can’t stand working for him. If I ever come back to this dealership I will not be doing any business with Eric. Something needs to be done about his behavior and how he treats customers.
