Clean facility, nice waiting area.
The not so good:
Service issue with vehicle never correctly diagnosed. Multiple trips, empty promises. Never resolved. Won’t be back for service, or to purchase vehicle in future. You’ve permanently lost me as a customer.

We just purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX60 this week from Infiniti of Chattanooga and could not be happier. This is our second new vehicle purchase from this dealership in the past 7 years. The complete buying experience was professional, smooth and stress free. Our sales representative, Jeff Dumas, could not have been better. Jeff demonstrated comprehensive knowledge about the vehicles we were considering and listened to help us find the perfect new SUV for our family. We returned to Infiniti this week because we were so happy with our 2017 QX60 that we wanted to buy a second one. Jeff and Infiniti of Chattanooga deserve 5 Stars and our highest recommendation.

A simply lovely experience, especially working with A Great and Detail Oriented Salesperson like Angela Sanders. Just speaking with Angela by phone made the decision to work Infiniti of Chattanooga/drive hundreds of miles (from out of state) quite easy. Once 'on site' the remainder of team was just a helpful and responsive as Angela Sanders. So, thank you Angela, Mark, Virgil and all the rest of you nice folks at the dealership. I bought the new 2025 QX80 and I must say my experience at the Infinity of Chattanooga was great! I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Angela as my sales person. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything, I was able to take my time and figure out what I wanted to do. Everyone was very nice there, I would definitely recommend this dealership as a place to purchase your new vehicle.

I purchased a used Infinity today. Tim W.was our salesman and we had an excellent experience. Tim was honest, courteous, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. Our entire experience was outstanding start to finish. Closing the deal our finance manager, she was very personable, professional and courteous the entire time. While I'll admit I was dreading purchasing another vehicle by necessity Infinity of Chattanooga gave the best experience possible, i highly recommend.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at INFINITI of Chattanooga buying our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They really went above and beyond with their customer service. Bridget was an amazing sales lady. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and never had such a great and easy experience. We will defiantly be back in the future for any other vehicle needs.

Our experience with INFINITI of Chattanooga was above and beyond the best service we’ve ever had buying a new vehicle!! Bridget Johnston made purchasing our beautiful QX80 so easy and fun actually! She went out of her way to accommodate us and make us feel warm and welcomed. My husband asked her if she would put a “big red bow” on it to surprise me. Even though their own bows were in storage, she borrowed one and made it happen!!! She even videoed and took pictures. I will forever feel grateful to her and will always remember how she made us feel. Thank you, Bridget!
