Bought my firearm from fort O location. 350 legend and it never worked. It jams every single time. Rob is the Incompetent guy that built the gun, he tried and failed to fix the gun in this location twice. I showed him video of the gun jamming and he kept insisting the gun works great! The two salesmen at this location took me into the back room when they test fired the gun. Pretty sure their insurrance guy wouldn’t like to know that. Rob also told me and two relatives that the guys in fort o location were replacing old used gun parts on new guns. I’ve contacted the ATF for them to look into this. Rob refused to refund me for his piece of junk gun that never worked and he couldn’t fix. He will have to answer to a Catoosa county judge if he ever shows up.

Best experience I've had in a gunshop. Professional and knowledgeable. They helped me remove a stuck live round from a gun I didn't even purchase from them. Then showed me how to ensure it wouldnt happen again. Can't say enough good about these guys. Pricing was good aswell. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks!

I’ve bought two rifles from IGWT. Awesome guns especially for the price. My AR10 has been all over the country on a bunch of hunts and has never failed once. I had one problem due to user error and Rob drove to me to help me fix it at no cost. The guns are great, the customer service is better.

I purchased an AR pistol at the gun show 3 weeks ago. I was told that when I picked it up at Shoot straight that the mag and green dot would be with it. it was not. I called igwt and received and apology and was told it would be mailed to me immediately. it was not. my text are being ignored. I did not get what I paid for. this company is dishonest and run by thieves.

I have known Rob and IGWT for several years. He is a stellar guy, he is trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and very concious that he is building unique, mission specific weapons when it come to ARs. He builds custom guns that are unique and he gives each of his guns a life time warranty. I have owned numerous AR platform weapons throughout my LE career. IGWT weapons are far superior to most of the ARs out there. Anyone looking to buy this type of gun, please contact IGWT before you go to another gun shop or big box retailer, talk to IGWT before you spend your money on a sub par product. They will answer any and all questions you have and I guarantee the answers you get are the right answers. Rob knows more about AR platform guns than most salesman will ever know. They are great people and want their customers to be completely satisfied with their product.

I'm very picky when it comes to firearms and who I buy from. Came across IGWT at the Orlando gun show and picked out an AR pistol and was very happy with it and the way it looked. Brought it home to test fire and it didn't wanna cycle correctly. Had some gunsmiths look at it before I sent it back just to see if there was something wrong or something stupid that could be fixed ya know...couldn't find anything. Sent it back to IGWT and come to find out it was just a mag issue. So they swapped out my Gen2 mags with Gen3 and received my AR back quickly. Finally, I took it to the range and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I purchased an IGWT-15 at the Florida Gun Show at the Florida State Fairgrounds in February of this year. Included in the purchase was an upgraded barrel of which IGWT was expecting an order. When the barrel order didn’t arrive after a couple of weeks, Rob called to inform me of this and said that he would install a better barrel than in my original order at no extra cost to me. There are three things I learned about IGWT and their products from this transaction – 1) if the original order can’t be fulfilled they will go above and beyond that at their own expense in order to satisfy the customer, 2) they use excellent quality materials, and 3) their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this company. Those seeking to purchase an AR-15 at the Florida Gun Show at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa this weekend need look no further than In Guns We Trust which will be a vendor there.

Rob and Michelle are a hard working couple that just happen to build rifles for a living. If you want to help locally, as well as get a great quality product, then give these folks a look. They build high quality , and have a no BS lifetime warranty on their builds. As a testament to this company, I personally own 4 of their guns, and am awaiting my paperwork for an SBR they built per my specs. They’re a class III dealer as well as builder/manufacturer. Top notch work, and as mentioned, a phenomenal experience.They also are very competitively priced for the quality of their products.

Great Product, Great People, Great Service!
So far I have only purchased a complete upper and some lower parts. I had difficulty getting the after market trigger to seat, within seconds Rob had it fixed and handed me back the lower. Thanks for being there
