“New manager Kenny is very polite. I saw him a couple of times last week. He explained he was checking the property to make sure everyone's units are secure. He took the time to ask if I had any problems with my unit. I feel more secure knowing someone is looking out for the things I am storing.”
“It has been great overall. Only complaint is that we never had a working light bulb in the unit. We thought that the bulb was burnt out so we changed it ourselves, but that did not fix it. We let management know, but nothing ever changed. We just used headlamps or the head lights of our car if we needed to be in the unit after dark.”

“Great customer service!! Three months ago I rented a trailer to drive to Arizona. I recently needed to do the trip again, but in reverse. The Phoenix U-Haul rep. mistakenly placed the return at the store and not in TN. I got to TN and realized I did not have a drop off location. I called U-Haul customer service and was quoted over 2400 the first time, and the second time over 1200. I was able to return the call tailer to the Broad St. location and the woman (missed her name) at the front desk was very understanding and helped resolve the mistake made. We are very appreciative of her and her help! I will absolutely rent from this location in the future.”

“The drive is hard to see and access, and it is a hard turn to make, but not impossible. Service was fast and friendly. The site layout is odd, and I don't know if I'd want to drive a box truck with a trailer through it.”

“Ok so first of all I know that people make mistakes. There is a new employee who screwed up my reservations 3 times and cost me a lot of money! But I want to brag on Miranda and the assistant manager Anthony who was sooo nice they went above and beyond to fix what had been done they were great! I'm grateful for them! Ask for Miranda if you have to use this location!”
